About Graham and Julie Ford

Having spent the last twenty years living in Sydney, Australia, we decided it was time to come home to England, to get back to our roots.

We jumped at the opportunity to own our very own piece of Cornwall in the middle of the lovely town of Looe with all its top class restaurants, pubs and a wide range of entertainment and things to do.

Amazing Property, perfect location

First time staying at this property but we’ve visited Looe multiple times - the location has easy access to main roads or a pleasant 5 minute walk to the high street with fantastic views over the harbour.

The property was well equipped with everything you would need in a clean and modern interior. Parking is secure and covered with very considerate neighbours who allow you plenty of space when parking.

We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for looe

The apartment was convenient for looe. Felt very safe in the gated complex. Good to have two bathrooms. One bed more comfortable than the other one but overall good with enough space for two people. Lovely views.

THINGS TO DO NEAR LOOE

This is not a complete list, but it does give a flavour of what is happening around here.

There are so many beautiful villages to see; Polperro, Fowey and Mevagissey to name just a few. There's cycling along the Camel trail to Wadebridge and Padstow and enough golf courses to keep Rory happy for months! Long walks along the beautiful coastal path; only 5 minutes away. Entertainment for children in Looe and at the Adrenalin Quarry with it's amazing zip wire and go karts.

Cotehele House (NT) is a beautiful medieval house untouched by time, with lovely gardens and woodland walks.

Mount Edgcombe House has wonderful gardens. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens and Pine Lodge Gardens are all an easy drive from Penvith, and of course the Eden Project is a fabulous, all the year round.

If you are into Steam Trains, the Bodmin and Wenford Railway can transport you back to the golden age of steam. Whilst the Ghost Busters amongst you must visit Bodmin Jail with it's Ghost Walks, and Orb Sightings.

Land's End, Jamaica Inn, Carnglaze Caverns, the Tamar Valley Donkey Park, Plymouth and the National Marine Aquarium are all available for you to visit. So come to Harbour View and enjoy a fabulous holiday!!
