Welcoming recently restored house with private swimming pool located a short distance from the lovely town of San Gimignano (5 km away). This house is a portion of a beautiful country-side villa and offers a large, well-kept private garden. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a nice portico overlooking the garden ideal for al-fresco dining.
The property owners live next door but have independent entrance.
Villa Sabrina is within easy reach of Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Florence, Siena, Volterra and the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: San Gimignano with shops of all kinds about 5 km away, Poggibonsi 8 km, Volterra 35 km away, Siena 45 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa 85 km, Lucca 90 km.
At guests’ disposal: large, entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 0,8 m – max. depth 1,65 m), barbecue. Washing-machine available. The house provides WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

From the minute we arrived to the day we left we found the villa fantastic, and the owners were very helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay lovely.

Beautiful villa and location

The villa was beautiful with amazing views. Sabrina the owner lived next door and was on hand if needed, She left a big bowl of freshly picked figs one day and a bottle of wine and homemade tart on another, such a lovely touch Would recommend the villa and location, although a car is definitely required We travelled to Florence and Pisa by train, which is easy accessible from near by Poggibonsi

The property was set in idyllic Tuscan surroudings and perfect for 6 people.

Perfect location and setting in the Tuscan hills. 3-4 minute drive to San Gimignano, surrounded by wineries, 5 minutes drive from Poggibonsi train station and 4 minutes from a supermarket. Good facilities in the villa with fantastic gardens and pool - just like the photo's. Good outdoor seating area for meals, clean and tidy with all of the kitchen necessities required to enjoy the local produce (especially the wine glasses for the Chianti!!). Sabrina (the villa host) was welcoming and although not strong with her English, apart from the Keys to the front door, you won't be requiring anything else!. The freshly baked cake was a nice surprise during the week. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

A lovely villa in a truly fabulous setting.

The villa is a wonderful blend of rustic charm with all modern comforts. The setting is perfect. Incredible gardens and pool with perfect views of the Tuscan countryside. The location could not have been better . Close to the amazing medieval town of San Gimignano and easy distance to visit Sienna and Florence. The owners live next door but don't be put off by this as they are not at all intrusive and we didn't hear or see them after the initial greeting. We had a fabulous time and would thoroughly recommend this villas.

Lovely well equipped villa

Great week with everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack. Pool has sun beds, deck chairs and sofa for lounging by the pool. Villa was well decorated and clean. Good outside eating area. Very secluded. Fans in all rooms. Could do with an extra sofa in the lounge area.
