You will have all the help you need either by myself, my agent, the concierge (available 24hs) or the maintenance staff of the building -usually available in the morning-.

THE AREA: Ideal for adults and children! Club del Hielo (Ice Rink and recreation). Mercadona Supermarket on the roundabout behind the building (seen from the window). Av Federico Garcia Lorca (on the corner) is the main street of the town centre (shops, banks, bars, restaurants, etc.). Torrequebrada Golf Club is 3 miles away. Torrequebrada Casino 3 miles away. Benalmádena Pueblo (25-min walk/7-min by car) is a beautiful typical Andalusian village of whitewashed houses, adorned by brightly coloured flowers, with lovely restaurants surrounded by orange trees. Attractive place for a walk and relax with a drink and tapas al fresco Spanish style. Hop on-hop off sightseeing bus (along side street: Av Federico Garcia Lorca). Selwo Marina Delfinarium very near. Teleférico Cable Car: unique panoramic views from the mountains, hiking and cycling routes.

GETTING AROUND: We can arrange personalised AIRPORT PICK UP / DROP OFF. Train station (10-min walk): from left corner, take Av. Federico Garcia Lorca, at roundabout take left onto Av. de la Constitución. Train to airport is every 20 min. and takes about 20 min. Train to Malaga city centre: 50min. Good transport links to neighbouring towns.

What makes this apartment unique

In the flat you'll find a Music System with iPod dock and AUX connection so you can play music from iPod or phone. With the SOURCE button select AUX or iPod or FM. For iPod, push the button (bottom centre) to open the dock. You'll also find a foldable easy-to-carry picnic / sunbathing mat that you're welcome to use.; just keep it clean please. There is a small parasol as well.
