About Merino Hospitality
Merino Hospitality is the brainchild of Louise Carr and her husband Caio Merino. After gathering knowledge and experience working for a variety of luxury brands such as the famous Savoy and Marriott Grosvenor Square hotels in London, Burberry PLC, Casa Fasano in Sao Paulo and Hotel La Residencia in Mallorca, the couple conceived Merino Hospitality to fulfil their passion for hospitality. They met during their studies at Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland. Customer service is our number one priority. Quiet and clean
Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this quiet, lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and was a great hub for all of our activities. We were visiting friends at King’s College, and the location was perfect. Thank you for hosting us.

We were greeted with such joy and fun from the entire staff! We got a personalized tour of everything in the unit. The unit itself was attractive, clean, tasteful and full of everything you needed when traveling abroad. The location is also perfect! I would highly recommend and stay here again!

Great Location, Very Clean, Attentive Staff, Very Comfortable
We stayed in Natural Imagination and it was exactly as pictured. It is on the first floor which is really the second floor for those of us in the U.S. so we were not on street level which was nice. There was a Pret a Porte and another coffee shop just downstairs but the flat had its own coffee press as well. The area is full of students and workers all week - very busy. At night it's a bit quiet but we didn't find that to be a bad thing after hours of sightseeing and walking. It's near the Strand and within walking distance to some cool old pubs. Friday happy hours it was spilling of young people and students. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. And, the phone they talk about really does work. We loved having it available, especially as our college student separated from us for a little while to hang with friends and we didn't have an international plan on her phone. We had miscommunication (we dialed Denise's phone wrong) when we first landed but she ended up coming in for someone else and jumped to the occasion, showing us around and getting us everything we needed. She was awesome. Currently there is construction around Star Yard so your taxi or Uber will need to drop you off about a block away from the lane the apartment is located on. It's okay. By the next day we had our bearings about us and the construction wasn't a problem (and you don't hear it in the apartment) when getting dropped off.
A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location!!!
The apartment was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and more. Beds and bedding were wonderful. The area while very quiet, was accessible to everything. Coffee/bakery right outside our door, along with a gym and very close to Marks and Spencer groceries. Many restaurants and pubs nearby as well. Easy access to the Tube as well as walking to many tourist highlights. The on site manager was gracious and incredibly helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for your stay in London. It provided us an amazing time during our stay. My children did not want to leave. :-)
Cute, clean and modern. This property had everything we needed to make it feel like home.
This property was everything we hoped for and more. My husband and I travelled to London for the first time with another couple and this location seemed perfect for four adults. Upon arrival, Daniela greeted us with a welcome basket of goodies like fruit, snacks and wine. Our refrigerator was also stocked with some basic necessities like water, eggs and juice which was an unexpected surprise. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient as within walking distance to St. Paul's Cathedral, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. We were also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and pubs. Overall we were extremely happy with our experience and would recommend this location to anyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This brand new, modern apartment is located in the historic area of Lincoln's Inn and the hustle and bustle of Chancery Lane. The closest tube station Chancery Lane (Central Line) is a 5 minute walk away. Step into old England with the beautiful historic architecture and hidden garden squares of the courts of justice. There are plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within a moment's walk of the apartment. Take a stroll down to the River Thames in only 10 minutes or walk to Covent Garden in 15 minutes! This is the perfect location to explore London on foot or hop on one of the many transport links in the local area including buses, tubes and city bicycles!
