Beautifully designed, and in an enviable location within a block of similar apartments (there are 9 in total) you can experience the superb attention to detail when you relax in this 2 bedroom apartment.

With a parking space secured behind barrier (and additional parking nearby) the apartment is approached via the communal entrance, leading to the private front door. From the moment you enter the spacious hall, you are encouraged to relax and enjoy the space around. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, kingsize bed and tv and the second bedroom also has a kingsize bed, making this the perfect apartment for couples to share! The family bathroom is just across the hall from the second bedroom and the hall then opens to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

Walking into the open plan family area, you realise how much thought has gone into creating a stunning, and contemporary family area. The comprehensive kitchen benefits from a large island unit making a social environment for the cook of the house to work, with patio doors opening to the enclosed patio with table and chairs overlooking the water. The kitchen area comes complete with induction hob, oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer drier and the cupboards and drawers are full of utensils to make self catering as easy as possible. The soothing decor sets off the enviable views from the window in the sitting area over the patio and marina, with sofa, bean bag and armchairs perfectly placed to switch your attention from the view to the tv, then back to the view again! Complete with Sonos system for the radio or to link in with your own Spotify account, relaxing is easy whatever the weather!

Set in the idyllic location of Chichester Marina, this stylishly designed and immaculately presented property offers the unique opportunity to moor alongside your retreat. With views overlooking the marina this provides the perfect place for both yachtsmen and those simply wishing to explore the area.

The natural and unspoilt sandy beach of West Wittering are a short distance away and have been a favourite destination for a family day out for generations. The highest water quality and excellent facilities have made it one of the premier Blue Flag beaches in the country. West Wittering Estate also encompasses the famous National Trust site of East Head which is internationally recognised for its wildlife, birds and unique beauty.

For those wishing to stretch their legs there are beautiful walks from Chichester marina to nearby Itchenor, Chichester and Dell Quay from the marina. This is along footpaths including the Salterns Way, a 12 mile route from the centre of Chichester to the sand dunes of East Head.

Just to the North is the famous Cathedral city of Chichester which has a wide range of shops and restaurants. Chichester also has its own Festival Theatre which has seen artists and audiences from all over the world. Or why not visit one of the renowned attractions at the Goodwood Motor Circuit or the world famous Goodwood horse racing track? Golf and polo are played at Cowdray, near Midhurst. Whilst The Weald & Downland Open Air Museum offers a wonderful family day out with lots of ancient crafts displayed.
