Good location to get around the city and see the sights.

The property was comfortable and centrally located for our excursions.

It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer available.

The building felt very secure.

The only issues were lack of pressure when flushing one of the toilets and the internet connection was spotty at times.

Great Location and space

Travelled with my family of five and really enjoyed using this flat in London. The location was great easy to get to the Underground (Oxford Circus station) or walk to all of the sites. Amazing food is located just a couple of blockson Charlot St. and walking to the theater district is 7 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location!

The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. We had issues with the toilet, as it would take flushing three time even for a #1, also the bathroom having strong smell of mold/mildew if we keep the door closed.

The location was prime, any groceries, restaurants, bars, any type of food Asian, Mexican, French, burgers, pizza, pastries ... all it takes is going down stairs and there you are!

Also Tubes(Tottenham and Goodge), buses conviently locates half mile away.

The down side is the noise from cars and people right at your window.

Oxford street is less than a mile away and that’s where all the shoppings are... Primark, Zara, Nike, Addidas, Disney and so much more!

We had our three kids, my husband and myself. Traveling from Phoenix AZ. We highly recommend staying at the Fitzrovia.

Well kept, reasonable rate, secure, close to tube

The flat is well kept and clean. The big screen TV was nice to relax and watch in the evenings. In the unit were a washer and a dryer rather than combo, which helped significantly in keeping our clothes clean. Googe Street does get somewhat more quiet at night after the pubs close, which is nice for sleeping with the windows open. We did not use the balcony, but it seemed like a pleasant place to drink a pint.

Location, Location, Location

Jo and John are fabulous hosts, any issues very quickly resolved.

This is an older style apartment but the location is fabulous. Within a 10 minute walk to 3 Underground stations and a supermarket next door. Plenty of eating places, pubs included, very close by.

We couldn't recommend this apartment enough, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderfully located flat

This flat is located close to two underground stops in a nice part of town, close to many tourist spots. There is also a convenience store located next door downstairs. The apartment itself was spacious for our family of five and very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the kitchen and laundry and two bathrooms. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major that detracted from our stay or that required immediate attention. It would be helpful for those guests coming from outside the UK to have a binder of recommended local restaurants and some basic instructions on how to use the appliances in the flat like the dishwasher, washer and dryer, and bathroom exhaust fans. These are all just a bit different from those that we use in the US. It just took extra time to sit down and figure them out. And I never expected the washer cycle to take 2 hours. Info like that would be useful in a binder to plan ahead for, as well as what is dishwasher salt used for and how do you add it? And the pull string on the bathroom exhaust fan was a new one for us. All wonderful features, just different from what we are used to. Thanks for a fabulous time! We really enjoyed your place.

Neatly tucked away between the wealth of Marylebone, the edgy energy of Soho and the grandeur of Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia is peaceful and attractive, home to small media organisations, small pubs and small restaurants. Wide streets lined with tall buildings in Victorian brick mingle with cosy side alleys, with a variety of architectural styles from the eighteenth century to the present day, all of it dominated by the BT Tower, one of London’s tallest and most iconic buildings. Tottenham Court Road is the major shopping street, and the best place in London to look for home furnishings and electronic goods. The area around Oxford Street mixes good high street shops with pubs and bars catching the overflow from Soho.
