The flat is in a GREAT location! Next to grocery markets, stores, tube and even a cycle club for those who want to exercise while on vacation.
Jo C was very gracious and met us and spent quality time with us explaining the flat and the neighbourhood.
The place needs ‘attention to detail’ to be excellent. There were several lightbulbs that needed replacing and both showerheads need upgrades for sure. The linens and the towels could also use an upgrade.
The flat did have a clothes dryer which is a rarity in Europe. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this flat based on its location.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the tube station and a short walk to a shopping area. The apartment was older but we had no problems. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to friends and family who plan on visiting the area.
This is in a great location, close to almost everything and well served with both transport and grocery shopping. There must be 100 restaurants within 5 minutes walk and you are only 3 minutes from Regent Street.
The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed. Remember that this is not a brand new apartment, so things have been used, but it was clean, warm and cosy and very spacious. There is a lift, so no lugging bags up and down stairs. The ensuite is spacious and the main bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.
A lot of the sights of London are within a 30 minute walk of this address: shops galore on the way to theatres and museums, art galleries and squares. The bus routes run from both ends of the street and there are tube stations close by. i don't think we could have picked a bettter location for our 1 week trip to London.
Jo was very easy to deal with and responsive when required. She welcomed us to the apartment and made sure that everything was OK, before leaving us to get on with our holiday. Although we didn't need to, I was comfortable that we could contact her for assistance if required.
Definitely worth considering for two couples or a family having a break in London.
This apartment is in an ideal location, well connected to tube and bus stops, black cabs were plentiful on the street below and we walked to the theatre. The supermarket downstairs was super convenient. The check in process was seamless despite the fact our flights were substantially delayed, thank you Jo. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has all a family would need for a short break, the pull out bed did clutter the second room but still would stay here again for the great location. Communication with the owners was simple and efficient.
We're a family of four with two young children -- 12 and 10 -- who travel and rent places via Homeaway and other sites a lot. So we've seen just about every kind of place you can imagine, in lots of different locations (including twice before in London). This place ranks way up there with many others.
It was absolutely perfect for our long weekend London visit, in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Sainsbury's next door is a huge convenience. There's a cash machine just next to that too.
It's an easy walk from St. Pancras station, where the Eurostar comes in (with London traffic, it's as fast to walk and cheaper). Take the back streets for charming views and London buildings. You're also just up the street -- or down the street -- from a few convenient tube stations. It's a great location.
We found the apartment itself perfectly equipped and generously large. Two showers and restrooms, two bedrooms, lots of natural light. And Jo was wonderful to deal with, quick with info and kind and considerate all around. Great place!
We get up to London once or twice a year... possibly more in years ahead... and would absolutely book here again.
the flat was in a wonderful location , perfectly located ,just a couple streets down from some of the best eateries in the neighborhood and walking distance to the theater district. The flat was very spacious with plenty of room for the four of us, efficient kitchen with washer and dryer, the living room was great and huge, with a balcony ! The only real complaint about the place was that it needs a serious deep cleaning. The floors were so dirty I don't know that it had been mopped recently, the kitchen cupboards and the backsplash , as well as the bathrooms had residue and dirt. And the beds and pillows definitely need an upgrade. But despite that I would still stay there again :-)
Neatly tucked away between the wealth of Marylebone, the edgy energy of Soho and the grandeur of Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia is peaceful and attractive, home to small media organisations, small pubs and small restaurants. Wide streets lined with tall buildings in Victorian brick mingle with cosy side alleys, with a variety of architectural styles from the eighteenth century to the present day, all of it dominated by the BT Tower, one of London’s tallest and most iconic buildings. Tottenham Court Road is the major shopping street, and the best place in London to look for home furnishings and electronic goods. The area around Oxford Street mixes good high street shops with pubs and bars catching the overflow from Soho.
