About Jenny Perryman

We recently completely redecorated the house, adding brand new bathrooms. We aim to keep the house in really good condition so our guests can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Why this property:

When not soaking up the sun on the nearby beaches or by the pool our favourite place is relaxing in the paved garden under the huge white sunshade. We also enjoy al-fresco dining using fresh food sourced from the local market & cooked on the BBQ. The Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes walk behind the house or you can nip down to the cove to the convenience store for any items that you have forgotten.

If you just want to eat out then there is a huge array of restaurants in the area where you can have breakfast & a coffee for just a few euros or right up to superb fine dining with views out over the sea.

You can walk along the beautiful new seafront promenade that runs the full length of the gorgeous long sweep of the wide white sandy Poniente beach. Stroll into the ancient old town in the evenings with its shops, street cafes, eclectic mix of restaurants & boutiques.

Shop ‘till you drop? Spend, spend, spend in the nearby La Marina shopping centre/mall fir clothes, shoes, gifts and so much more! Leave your partner with a glass of wine or beer, or indeed in our favourite Haagen Dazs Ice-cream & Coffee shop while you investigate two huge levels of shops and boutiques. Then reward their patience with lunch on the very top of the building in one of the centres excellent restaurants – our favourite is Luciano’s Italian Ristorante home made pasta & sauces to die for – crispy pizzas for the children.

If you want to look around but don't have a car then no worries! Use the nearby frequent bus services or phone the efficient local taxi service who will be outside waiting for you within minutes

Little Gem

Lovely spacious property in a very convenient quiet location. Excellent bus service within a 10 minute stroll. The property is very well equipped, the owners really have thought of everything and were extremely helpful, excellent hosts! Hopefully we will stay here again, in the not too distant future.

Plenty of room for 6 people

Lovely week was had, good sized rooms, everything you need, like home from home. Little mishap with one of the showers but soon as I contacted Bob and Jenny it was sorted immediately..Lots of steps to get to the property and pool but overall lovely peaceful place to stay.

Prime location for a family

Lovely house with lovely accommodating owners. We requested an high chair for our 11 month old boy and Jenny provided us with one. The house is in prime location for 2 beaches only mins walk away. Little hill climb back to the house but it burns your food and drink off. The communal pool is very clean and seconds away. There are plenty of lovely bars, restaurants and shops within mins walk. Would recommend a visit.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, well equipped house within minutes of the beaches.

Idiot proof instructions for everything come with keys to the house, which is within a fews minutes from the nearest beach. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with private parking a few feet away. We had a great time staying here and would love to come back again. I would happily recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice quiet area yet only 2 min walk to beach and restraunts

This house is two knocked into one giving it more character due to the two levels. The master bedroom which has a large en suite is the whole upper floor of one side of the house with an extremely private balcony due to climbing plants. Nothing is too much trouble for the perrymans as we found out when one of the bedroom air conditioners was discovered to have broken down they came around to see us instantly with a new fan and to check the problem out. An entirely new unit was fitted within 48hrs. A great result especially in Spain. The house is well equipped with espresso machines including pods and so on. It was unusually and very pleasantly welcomed included a large supply cleaning products bin bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll etc etc. We have rented many houses and villas including in Florida over the years and this one is definitely up there. We will definitely rent this again when we return to the area next.
