This lovely spacious 3 bedroomed/3 terraced Villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful complex with its pretty tiled and beautiful garden with stunning views of the Pink Lakes fand beyond ocean viewsfrom all of its 3 terraces. It is a breath away from the communal pool and is only 800 yds walk to a well stocked supermarket and safe children's play areas. A 20 min drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar and 15 min drive into the main town of Torrevieja with its Water Park , golf courses and various beaches and nightlife.The large roof top solarium ideal for sunbathing and great views of surrounding area.

Leading from the main bedroom which has a large double bed, french windows opening out onto a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. On the same level there is a twin bedded room and bathroom.

Downstairs a groundfloor single/double room next door to a toilet and shower room, ideal for someone with restricted mobility. (5 railed steps to the front door)The garden has its own terrace leading through from the lounge and large tiled garden BBQ area excellent for entertaining.There is a F/F modern kitchen with all mod cons and a lounge/diner for 6.

NB: Please contact owner for permission to bring pets.

Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Aircon units in main bedroom and lounge. Please DO NOT leave aircon running when you are out of the house and keep windows closed for optimum coolness.

Price includes my meet and greet service and cleaning/changeover fee of €60 to be paid in cash to Sam our agent on arrival.

Ferry: Santander-Bilbao Northern Spain: 683.5 mi

Great offers on Ryanair, Easyjet, Flybe and Aerlingus, flying into Alicante and Murcia-booking as much in advance as possible.

We bought our villa in 2006 and love our holidays out there.

The villa has 3 terraces overlooking our well stocked pretty garden /BBQ the pool with great views of the famous 'Pink lakes', and coastal area.

We are 8oo yds from a large local supermarket, bars and restaurants x 2 and a easy walk 15 mins into the Spanish village of Los Montesinos where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, churches, banks and weekly market.

good location handy for everything

this little villa was situated right next door to the swimming pool which we used everyday, the supermarket is a 5 mins walk away sells everything you need and while you are there you can just go next door to the Spanish bar and have breakfast,lunch ect what ever time you want to do a bit of shopping,The villa has everything you need to have a good holiday the garden is full of lovely plants with nice seating area, would just like to say a big thankyou to sam for all the help she gave to us, nothing was too much trouble at all, lovely lady best wishes from the 5 OAPs or should I say the crazy gang as we are called 24/9/17 to 5/10/17

This villa requires repares and up dating

I was told the villa was suitable for the Disabled but it was not. it badly needs to be cleaned and

decorated, the furniture needs to be changed also. It has a pool that you share but you cannot use it

as no portable sun bed are supplied. The ground floor shower room had sewer smell coming from it

and we had to keep bleaching it, outside the large iron gate was hanging off which I had to keep bringing

my mobility scooter through. The grounds were all overgrown and all furniture was ground in dirty you

could not use it. I am sorry to say it is the worse holiday I has in 50 years.

Owner's Response: This guest booked my villa without checking my advert where it clearly states not for wheelchair users and shows a photo of steps to front door. He booked in response to cancelling another property at the last minute where he lost all his booking money and according to my nieghbours and managing agent who met him was hell bent on recovering his money one way or another. This guest failed to disclose his disabilities to me other than he used a scooter to get around the area. I informed him that the villa was suitable as it had a ground floor twin room, shower and toilet all on one level assuming that he was able to manage steps as he had not said otherwise. On arrival my agent kindly took this guest to the local supermarket where he was able to walk comfortably around the supermarket without any aids! It appears he was also able to climb steps as he declined to stay in the ground floor twin room and opted to sleep upstairs in the bedroom, climbing 11 steep steps to access it. The villa is a new build 10 years old, repainted spring 2104. Fully tiled throughout with all modern furniture and kitchen conveniences. It is managed by a cleaning company who also meet and greet guests and are contactable in case of problems arise during a guests stay. They reported that this guests only complaint was the smell in the toilet which she rectified immediately and he did not contact them on any of the matters he has sited in his review. Our neighbors also corroborated the agents view and stated that he is a large man who did´t appear to have any difficulty with his mobility. The communal pool regulations do not allow portable sunbeds or chairs to be left in the pool area as this would cause a health and safety issue.There was a large sunbed for use within the garden area of the villa. The large iron gate is now badly damaged with the use of this guest using it to come in and out despite the option to use the garden gate which is perfectly suitable to have used to come in and out. It has a small step but then so do pavements when using a scooter. The garden is a well stocked one with lots of exotic and local flowers and bushes and trimmed every two weeks. It is the opinion of myself, my neighbors and my managing agent that this guest was hell bent on recovering his money lost from cancelling his previous property and his unfair exaggerated criticisms are unfounded. I suggest he stays in a Hotel in the future paying 3 times the price.

Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, MacDonalds and the new Habaneras shopping centre with its numerous shops.

There are many daily markets in the neighbouring towns, but Torrevieja has one of the largest in Spain, and takes over a large area on a Friday morning. If you enjoy local markets, this one cannot be missed. There is also a large one on Sunday mornings in a neighbouring town which is called 'the English market' locally
