Torquay stay 2018

The apartment is situated in a quiet location, and was handy for Torre and Torquay shopping centres, transport links. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was clean and fresh. Peter went out of his way for us. The only negative was that the apartment could of done with a fan with it being summer and hot due to the heat wave.

Awful to be honest

My first impression of this property was the awful smell as I entered the hallway. I was shown round the apartment , which also had a bad smell about it. There was no hot water other than a very poor shower I had to pay for electric via a meter so to use the immersion heater would be out of the question as it took an hour to heat up.The whole place is outdated and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable the duvet was lumpy due to it's age as were the pillows. It was a shame because everything was there but in bad need of tlc, skirting boards were hanging off draw fronts broken and the kitchen cupboards did'nt line up so if you open a door a draw came too..I was looking forward to my stay but was very disappointed sorry.

Nice apartment

Peter was available to help with any thing you needed. The apartment is a little dated but has everything you need . It is comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect a few minutes walk to the main town and around 10 mins to the harbour. Overall for the price and location it was just what we needed. It was lovely to find Peter and Sharron had left a lovely box of biscuits for Christmas which my grandson soon devoured lol x
