Completely remodeled with new windows, accent lighting, wood cabinetry, wood floors, Picasso granite counters and tabletops throughout, fresh paint, new stainless steel appliances, large LED screen TVs, designer furniture and high-end mattresses. This home features 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet and is connected to a bathroom! It's located just minutes from the heart of the Strip!

The main living areas and kitchen are very open and flowing...perfect for entertaining.

The backyard features a large private pool and spa, as well as an extra large covered patio for lounging and dining. There are lounge chairs, outdoor seating, gas fire pit (tenant to supply propane), and a BBQ. Pool and Spa jets, heater and lights controlled via convenient, easy-to-use panel.

Enjoy dining in the gourmet kitchen with seating for 5 or in the separate dining room that can accommodate up to 8 adults.

One bedroom is located on the first floor, with a Queen size bed. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom features a single King size bed, the other features a single Queen size bed and futon, and the master features two Queen size beds with a private bathroom. Each bedroom features it's own large LED TV. Bedrooms offer high-end mattresses furnished with different mattresses of various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.

Have A Wonderful Time

The house was nice, clean and very spacious. It was as advertised. The only thing I would recommend is including the propane gas for the fire pit. We would have loved to sit outside more during the cool evenings. To require guest to pay to have it refilled for a short stay is unreasonable.

2 nd. visit as awesome as the first

This is our 2nd. time staying at this house. It is an excellent facility for our group. We are usually 8-9 people and this accommodates us perfectly! The listing is as advertised. Safe neighborhood and great location. When we travel to Vegas this will always be the first on the list!

Family Las Vegas visit for Garth Brooks Concert

The property was perfect for our stay. Group of 4 couples, all adults were visiting Las Vegas for the Garth Brooks concert. Each couple had plenty of space. Nice kitchen and game room/bar area for gathering. Property was nicely furnished, and well maintained. Great location for access to Strip or Downtown via Uber. Grocery and drug store within walking distance if needed. (about a 20 minute walk) Very responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our long weekend at the house. Location was great - close to the strip and an easy drive to Hoover Dam and Red Rock state park for hiking.

Dated house with lots of usable space

The space was perfect for our size group. We utilized the pool area and game room quite a bit. House was generally well stocked, however, lack of toilet paper and no hand towels in bathroom. Several things in the house need some care for example the lock on the patio door was broken, the round towel holder in downstairs master bath was not fixed to wall, kitchen sink handle was broken. House was supposed to have direct TV but did not or no directions on how to access. House could use some updating. For example bathroom fixtures. All in all we had a great stay and appreciated the functionality of the space.
