3 Bedroom Detached Villa with Outdoor Pool, 2 Shower Rooms, 1 en-suite Bathroom

This beautiful character detached villa is located in Covatelles, Javea which is only a short drive from the Arenal beachfront.

It is set over one level within its own mature gardens which includes a private 8 Metres x 4 Metres pool, surrounded by large terraces.

The property is located in a quiet area within a gated, flat walled and hedged plot. There is ample parking for several cars, along with a car port.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed, wardrobes, drawers and a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom which consists of a toilet, sink, bath and separate shower cubicle. The two further twin bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the villa, and have fitted wardrobes and drawers in each. There are two shower rooms, (one newly refurbished) with toilet, sink and shower cubicle; one located adjacent to the twin bedrooms and one positioned just off from the lounge.

There is a separate dining area, leading into a comfortable lounge with a TV and Blu Ray DVD player. Next to the lounge is a large kitchen with island and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, one oven, gas hob & microwave. A further covered terrace with seating can be found outside of the kitchen.

A large covered naya opens out onto the pool terrace.

During the day the pool, for the majority of the time, is unshaded, which enables it to become very warm - like bath water. During summer temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius have been reached.

For those less able to walk, you can avoid the 6 steps leading up into the villa from the driveway, by entering the property via the side gate and into the house from the kitchen. Please note there are 4 shallow steps from the naya out on to the pool terrace.

The villa is set in a quiet countryside location (Covatelles), Javea which is close to golf course in Javea. The golf course is 'Club de Golf, Javea'. Ctra. Javea - Benitachell.

Please note a car is essential . The Arenal beach (sand beach) in Javea is exceptionally clean. There are many shops and restaurants along the sea front and the port and pebble beach are within a 10 minute stroll from the main sand beach. Both have ample restaurants and bars. In the evening you can find local sellers setting up their stalls and selling local produce along the main promenade. Javea Old Town still retains its original Spanish charm which consists of old narrow streets and whitewashed buildings. There is also a daily indoor market (Javea Municipal Market) is dedicated to selling local produce. It can be found in Plaza Celestino Pons and is open Mon - Fri 08:00 to 1400 / 17:00 to 21:00 and on Saturday mornings 08:00 to 14:00.

Javea weekly market is every Thursday in the square Plaza de la Constitucion. The market is very typical of those in Alicante province, offering fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat produce, household items, shoes, clothing and leather goods.

Gem of a Villa

Beautiful villa, located away from the crowds, so for peace and quiet this certainly fitted the bill. Plenty of space for a number of cars behind locked gates and 3 spacious bedrooms. The Villa was clean & tidy with lots of small touches that were really appreciated - maps, information, essential condiments etc. The beach was only a 5 minute drive away with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from along the promonade. Will certainly be paying a return visit - a little haven of tranquility.

Beautiful villa, full of character

We’ve been visiting Jávea for over 30 years and have stayed in many villas over this time.

This property was by far one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying at. A ‘character’ property, rather than a modern box. Inside was well furnished and the kitchen very well equipped.

Lots of wonderful places to eat outside on various patios and a peaceful location.

The villa was also situated in one of the easiest locations to travel to the beach and restaurants - just two ‘main’ roads to navigate. Parking is simple in Jávea - all free and lots of spaces. We also love the fact that the roads aren’t busy either.

Definitely go to the local markets in the area - one per week, at various destinations. The Arenal beach front have small stalls along the promenade in the evenings, selling local artisan products. Great for gifts to take home.

Jávea has something for everyone. If you haven’t visited yet, I suggest you do - and I’d highly recommend this property!

Beautiful large secluded villa

Lovely villa in a quite neighborhood, yet short journey to the beach and vast amount of restaurants. The villa was very spacious, all clean and tidy with a homely feeling. Nice shaded area by the kitchen for outdoor dining and the pool area receives the sun all day.

Villa break with a real homely relaxing feel

Spent a wonderfully relaxing week at this villa in Jan/Feb 2018.

The house felt very homely and comfortable and the patio areas and gardens surrounding the property were really peaceful. We especially liked the pool patio 'dining area’ where we ate our lunch in the sunshine.

Easy drive from airport. Once at the property, everything was less than 10minute’s drive away.

We visited the Arenal (sand) beach with all it’s shops, restaurants and bars, also the market on a Thursday and the windmills ‘Els Molins’. So much we wanted to do, but ran out of time.

Can’t recommend this place enough. We were sad to leave, but we will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a quick get away!

The property itself is very pretty, clean and modern. Wi-Fi is working perfectly, the pool was good to jump in (in November!) and the area around it is perfect for little naps during the day! The area is quiet and good for walks. Shops and the beach are quite close. That was my second time in Spain and - by far - the best one.

Beautifully peaceful location with a fantastic swimming pool and terrace area. Very clean throughout and easy to use central heating when the winter nights kicked in, WiFi constantly worked even by the pool!
