The apartment is freshly decorated  to a very high standard. It is located in the most prestigious and popular street in Nerja,Calle Carabeo.
Every year many people return to this apartment as it has the perfect location, above the beach and only a 5 min walk to the centre of Nerja, they also enjoy the high standard of decor. We listen to our guests and are always happy to oblige if guests suggest 'little extras' they would like. Your comfort is very important to us and we want you to feel 'at home' in the apartment which is why we enjoy adding decorative features and useful objects to ease your stay.
The apartment is located in probably the most famous and exclusive road in Nerja [Calle Carabeo] The location is very simply 'the best'. At night the waves will put you to sleep as they break below on the beach. The lovely stroll in to the centre of town to look at the pretty church in the square or stand at the end of The Balcon De Europa [a famous landmark] is a pleasure and easy. Were you to get the bus or a taxi from the airport and only wanted to chill for a week and swim in the pool or sea/sunbathe you would not need a car at all. The interior design is important and is constantly upgraded.
We use knowledgeable local agents who look after the property for us and can be contacted easily if needed. Ceiling fans are fitted to cool you in Summer. Electric heating and air conditioning are available by low cost meter. There are excellent ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom.The balcony has wonderful sea/mountain views with comfortable table and chairs. All mod cons/excellent decor.
Outside: There is an immaculate garden with a good - sized pool.Grassed areas with flowers and trees (e.g roses, a fig tree, hibiscus and bougainvillea) and a tiled area near the pool. The pool is a good size surrounded by patio and grassed areas. Tables are available out here for picnics etc. This area is quiet and relaxing as there are only 21 apartments in total and many owners do not rent their apartments out. The outdoor showers are fantastic as they look out to the sea/mountains. There is a modern toilet block in the grounds for changing etc. On the apartment balcony there is a table with chairs, also 2 comfy folding chairs you can pop down to the pool with. The pool area is enclosed.
If you fancy the beach it is located down steps in front of the apartment and there is a shower on the beach. This leads into the beautiful long beach of Burriana with many good cafes,bars and restaurants.
There are also many other beaches and bays in Nerja just a short stroll away.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen : When you arrive the apartment will have been cleaned. Fresh modern bed linen and towels are provided. If you stay for longer than a week there will be a 'mini-clean' provided with a change of linen. Other: The apartment is very spacious and light. It has been renovated/updated to an exceptional standard in 2015. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with oak and graphite units with a granite top.Much thought has gone into the design throughout with plenty of storage.
A stroll will take you to the other side of Nerja where there are many other beaches. The choice is yours!
The balcony affords you a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding mountains.
Along Burriana beach you can have your own paella cooked for you or delicious fish/lamb prepared on the open barbecues while you sit and look at the sea. The popular Balcon de Europa is 5 mins.
The nearest airport is Malaga and is 40 mins away by autovia [motorway] We usually use Malaga Car Hire.
You don't need a car unless you want to visit other places as the town is a short stroll away. There is a good local bus service.
A taxi can be arranged for you if you decide a car is not a necessity and this can be ordered through our local agent in Nerja when you arrange key collection.
The location is perfect for people not wishing to use a car at all but simply wanting to explore on foot.
The apartment is in a cobbled street 5 mins stroll from the fascinating town of Nerja.

Frigiliana is a small local whitewashed village about 15 mins by car/bus you may wish to visit.
The Caves of Nerja are a famous attraction and are 10 mins by car. They are at Maro and can be accessed by tourist mini train from the centre of Nerja.
Along the local coastline there are many interesting Andalusian towns to explore. Malaga has a fabulous beach and a wonderful cathedral.
Granada/Sevilla/Cordoba are easily reached by good road connections or arranged tours from Nerja.
The airport at Malaga is 40 mins away along the motorway.
You will always find another restaurant or Tapas bar in the town of Nerja each time you visit. There is an amazing range of shops selling everything from Serrano hams to designer shoes. There are many cashpoints and banks available locally, as well as car hire, taxis and horse-drawn carriages which transport you elegantly around the town or local buses. An excellent small supermarket is only 1 min away, great for water/bread/eggs/wine etc.
As this location is so central to the town and the beach exploring is easy and can always be done on foot.
The cobbled street of Calle Carabeo is outside the apartment and this leads straight in to the town. Even along here there are excellent restaurants and famous tapas bars to stop and have a drink and 'people - watch'. The village of Maro and Frigiliana are a short drive away and worth exploring. Many people simply arrive at Malaga airport though and get a taxi/bus to the apartment where they find they do not need the use of a car as everything is such a short stroll away. A wonderful apartment in the perfect location by the sea/town.
