Wonderful apartment with sea views, located 10m from the beach of Cala
Millor, with crystal clear water and considered one of the best beaches in Mallorca.
The apartment is brand new (renovated in 2016) and has all the comforts of a modern and luxurious home.

It has a door with a security lock, a spacious and bright living-dining room, air conditioning and central heating, a high-end leather sofa, modern and industrial-style furniture, parquet floors, double glazing and automatic shutters throughout the apartment, spacious terrace with panoramic views of the bay of Cala Millor, Samsung curve 48-inch UHD TV, smart, WIFI

The two spacious and bright rooms, one room with a 160x190cm bed (memory foam mattress) and the other with two 90x190cm beds (memory foam mattress) both bedrooms with wardrobes, two bedside tables and equipped with sheets.

Cleanliness:

Nice beach spot

This was a nice location for spending time on Calle Millor. We had a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel next door is loud in the evening but they usually went quiet by 10:30-11. Our host was very responsive to all our questions.

Beautiful location and sea view

Beautiful apartment, well located, modern and clean. The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. Jaime is an excellent host, he always reply to every request immediately. I recommend him and his location, no doubt. Thank you!
