The apartment 'No 8' is on the top floor of the house. Its a modern 2 bedroom with a large living area complete with flat screen TV and 2 decent size double bedrooms. The kitchen has all the features you would expect including a dishwasher. The bathroom has the usual bath and shower. Linen and bedding is provided to make your stay that little bit more enjoyable.

Only a short walk to the famous Penny Lane, one can explore the Beatles quarter, discovering the history that this area is famed for - also only 500 yards from the beautiful Princess Park with its charming lake - The perfect place for eating Al Fresco and BBQ-ing as one watches the swans drift by.

A minutes walk from the ever popular Lark Lane, with various bistros and evening venues, one is spoilt for choice, in a bohemian atmosphere with a wealth of artisan shops and live music venues.

Sefton Park and the superb Palm House are a mere 5 minutes walk. There are regular concerts here and the park itself has a boating lake, bistro and an area known as the 'Fairy Glen'. Perfect for picnics and days out.

This is a truly fabulous location and much sought after. The house itself is large and situated in a leafy street, with private parking to the rear.

Whether you are looking to explore the Beatles Story, or shopping at the fantastic Liverpool One in the city centre, visiting the city for a short break or simply sight seeing, No 8 is the perfect location and is comfortable and within 15 minutes of just about everything you could want to visit.

On arrival you will find a manual with all the information you could want about the area, listing bars, bistros, and shops, and of course details of the Beatles Tour and all the really important places to visit; Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields and various houses which were the birthplaces of the legendary 'Fab Four'.

We aim to provide that little extra for all our guests, and on arrival you will find a small gift awaiting you - its our way of welcoming you to our wonderful city.

The apartment is self contained, so once you close the door to No 8, you will have access to the living room, bedrooms, bathroom and equipped kitchen. There is gas central heating. We trust you will respect the apartment and enjoy yourselves while here.

You will always have access to our email and a telephone number in case you need to speak to us. We will usually have someone close by to attend to any issues.

The beauty of being in the Sefton Park area of Aigburth means that there are numerous events and places to eat and drink very nearby. The famous Lark Lane is a few minutes walk, where you can find all manor of bistros, pubs and quirky shops. Sefton Park is a massive area of beauty, again within a few minutes walk, and you can sit by the lake and watch the time fly.

A car is not essential, as the transport links around Liverpool are excellent. There are plenty of bus stops very close to where the apartment is. There is even a train station down the road should you wish to get around by train.

The apartment, is modern and practical, however we have tried to include most things to make your stay even better, for example, towels and linen. Liverpool has grown into a wonderful city over the last ten years, and is truly a great place to visit.
