Very well presented with everything you could wish for including aircon / wi fi

Met by the owners who were extremely helpful with late arrival and departure times. The villa is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Daya Nueva is a typical rural Spanish location but there is a bar in the next street with food, entertainment and plenty of cold beer that caters for the expats and holidaymakers. A car is essential if you are planning to use the villa as a base for trips out sightseeing, shopping and dining out etc. All the rooms are on the first floor as is the terrace at the rear of the property which is not overlooked and is a real sun trap which is perfect for sunbathing most of the day. There is a smart tv which has a satellite connection (Spanish) and we were able to download films / tv programmes etc onto a flash drive with our laptop for when we wanted a quiet relaxing evening in. The aircon system is a central one and works very very well although the construction of the villa with marble floors etc keeps the place cool generally and we didn't use it very much at all. All the windows have mosquito mesh across them which meant you could have your bedroom windows open and not be invaded by anything flying. When we ate in there were a wide range of utensils and equipment available to cook a meal and serve it up just like home. The best indication we can give you about the villa is that we will be returning again.

Great house in semi rural Spain

Love the village of Daya Nueva, House lovely couldn't fault it. Accommodated 9 of us comfortably, Sari was really responsive and helpful, arrived within 1 hour to provide us with a kettle, also asked someone to come within 15 mins of no hot water. Easily remedied, and no problem. Will definitely book again

Superbes Vacances dans la région de DAYA NUEVA

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison très sympa et assez grande pour 8 personnes (nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes). Elle offre toutes les commodités, on peut noter en plus un linge de maison de qualité et des serviettes de plage si besoin, beaucoup d'espaces de rangement et une grande salle de jeu avec une table de ping-pong. Le garage peut largement accueillir 2 voitures. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable et sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et particulièrement disponibles. Cette adresse est à recommander.

Fantastisk

Deilig stort hus. Fikk en fantastisk mottagelse av eier. Ideelt for 4-6 personer. Vel- utrustet på alle måter. I kjøkkenet finner du absolutt alt du trenger. Liker du ro og fred og gå lange fotturer er Daya Nueva en perfekt landsby. Vi leide huset i 4 uker og kan tenke oss å reise tilbake igjen.

Un accueil parfait très chaleureux!!

Je suis très satisfaite de notre séjour, la maison et très correcte et corresponds aux photos.

Idéal pour grande famille comme nous, très bien équipée tout est a disposition jusqu'au linge de plage😉.

Et surtout des propriétaires géniaux, très soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes.

Vacances Magnifiques

Nous étions huit personnes à avoir occupé cette propriété durant trois semaine, (du 05/08 au 26/08/2017), et vraiment nous ne sommes pas déçu. Nous avons été très bien reçu avec un petit cocktail de bienvenue. Les photos sont vraiment à l'ordre du jour, Les propriétaires sont tout simplement formidable," d'une grande gentillesse, à l'écoute, proposent des bons plans, et très réactifs en cas de problème". Quelques petits commerces à proximités.

Je recommande fortement.
