Why Amanda and Derek Cornes chose Walford
Little Howle Farm is located in the hamlet of Howle Hill, close to Ross on Wye. It borders onto an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is minutes away from the Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat. The countryside around Howle Hill is simply stunning and the views over the Wye valley are breath-taking. The farm itself was built of local stone in the early 1800's. We instantly fell in love with the place and have spent 3 years converting the barns and renovating the farmhouse.

A fabulous, luxurious property that we couldn't fault in any way. Excellent hosts who were available when needed but not intrusive during our stay. Would highly recommend this property.
Lovely cottage for an Autumn break
The Granery was perfect for a cosy autumn break. It had everything you could need even fresh bread on the door step on the first morning! The surrounding area was beautiful with plenty of things to do for children.
Would recommend this without hesitation, beautiful barn, very comfortable and relaxing. Amanda and Derek are excellent hosts.
This property is really excellent. Everything is perfect down to the final detail. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and the deliveries of home made bread and cakes during our stay were very much appreciated. The barn is very quiet and relaxing, although very easy to find, and just a few minutes drive to Ross on Wye town centre. Ideal position for touring Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and Herefordshire.
Much needed chill out 😊
Home away from home really. Great property with everything you could need to relax and take life a little easier. Amanda and Derek made us very welcome and treated us to homemade bread and cakes. More than exceeded our expectations 😊
