Why Amanda and Derek Cornes chose Ross-on-Wye
Little Howle Farm is located in the hamlet of Howle Hill, close to Ross on Wye. It borders onto an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is minutes away from the Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat. The countryside around Howle Hill is simply stunning and the views over the Wye valley are breath-taking. The farm itself was built of local stone in the early 1800's. We instantly fell in love with the place and have spent 3 years converting the barns and renovating the farmhouse.
What makes this Cottage unique

Much needed chill out 😊
Home away from home really. Great property with everything you could need to relax and take life a little easier. Amanda and Derek made us very welcome and treated us to homemade bread and cakes. More than exceeded our expectations 😊
May Day weekend
Excellent hosts and fantastic accommodation. We have stayed at a number of self catering properties via home&away, at home and abroad, and we all agreed this was the best standard of all we have stayed in. Highly recommended
Great accomdation, friendly host.
We really enjoyed our stay at Little Howle Farm ( The Granary). The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and furnished with everything you need. Amanda is very friendly and welcoming. (She makes fab bread and scones too !!) By the end of the weekend, we felt more like we were staying with friends. We're already planning our next visit.
A very comfortable and well-appointed Cottage.
We had a very enjoyable stay and Amanda and Derek were very welcoming and helpful hosts.
