Dia is comprised of two air-conditioned and separate buildings, one just a few steps above the other, both equally well appointed with all the bedrooms looking out to sea. Cooling stone, parquet flooring, pastel hues, wooden beams and attractive local artwork conjure a classic Mediterranean feel.
Units have contemporary furnishings and are connected by a courtyard. On the plot there is a large outdoor swimming pool, sun beds, BBQ facilities and children's playground with a swing, see saw and a sand pit, where children can play on fresh air. Property also features plenty of wellness facilities such as a sauna and a fitness room so guests can simply relax or enjoy active rest. For entertainment, there is a pool table, flat-screen SAT TV's and WiFi.
Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, water kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. For all your precious belongings there is a safe deposit box. Seven bathrooms include shower cabins and washing machine. Ironing facilities are at guests' disposal as well.
The house is excellent for a family holiday as six bedrooms have private bathrooms. Also, both houses have a possibility to put a cot in a bedroom.

Brsecine is small village in the south of Dalmatia, with only about 100 inhabitants. Although Brsecine is little place in Dubrovnik area, there are plenty of natural beauties and historical sights. In Brsecine one can visit two small traditional catholic churches, St George and St. Anne. St. Anne is a special place for residents of Brsecine as she is the patroness of the region.
Steps leading down to Brsecine’s pretty shingle beach are an 800 meters away.Nearby Trsteno (2.8 km) has a restaurant and a famous arboretum, Orašac (6 km) has a supermarket and coastal Zaton (12 km) an appealing range of eating options.
Approximate distance to Dubrovnik is 18 km, and 32 km to the airport.
