Alternative location due to overbooking

Only 8 days before our stay, and 4 before our departure on holiday, we were informed that an overbooking had taken place but that we didn't have to worry because we were offered " a high standard unit at the same location". It was rather unfortunate that an overbooking can happen, and that it only gets notified, little more then a week before our stay and more then a month after our booking. The proposed alternative, was however indeed bigger then the original and well equipped but just not as recently renewed. All in all our stay was very enjoyable but it was overshadowed by the initial overbooking.

Hassle free + great location

I've been booking using homeaway for a few years now and I must say this was the faster reservation I ever did. Everything was done perfectly, clear and fast responses and no bs attached :) The apartment looks better than the photos, it was very clean and the location was just perfect, in the main road near the Strip. JC was very welcoming on arrival and even gave us excellent tips for our meals. We used their transfer service which I highly recommend. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and the return transfer was on time. Overall, a great experience for a great vacations in beautiful Albufeira.

Dias bem passados

Muito bem recebidos e apesar de a máquina da roupa estar avariada esta foi trocada por uma nova em poucos dias. Num local muito central. Apesar de não apresentar fotos tem piscina no ultimo piso.
