Why Jeff and Melinda Adams chose St. Augustine Area

We bought the place in the spring of 2014 and couldn't believe the incredible location with St. Augustine minutes away. The place was gutted and completely stripped. We renovated from the floor up, and then, we fell in love with it. Truly designed as our home, it has become our sanctuary. As we decorated, we wanted simple but lovely to look at. Nothing says peace like this townhome on the beach. We know that our townhome will offer the rest and relaxation that others so desire.

What makes this townhome unique

Located four miles from historic St. Augustine, this townhome is situated to meet your every need. Walk to a restaurant on the Intercoastal or beach. Drive a couple of miles and kayak in Iguana State Park.

Gorgeous, quiet retreat

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I visited Vilano for a writing retreat. The view was so beautiful that it was hard to focus! I did manage to get a lot of work done in the quiet environment. The beach is pristine. The photos don't do it justice. The condo was spotless, comfortably furnished, and large enough to house six (or more) comfortably. I can't wait to visit again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this beachfront rental. The interior was fresh, very clean, and decorated beautifully. She had the kitchen fully stocked and when a baby gate was not there that we were expecting, she delivered us one the next morning. The ease of getting to the beach made the whole trip as we have three kids under 5 and we needed simple :) The ocean views were amazing- pictures of this place don't do it justice. It was more than we typically spend on a vacation rental but hindsight we feel worth every penny. Lovely place and kind owners. Thank you!

Glad I found this Place!

  • 5 of 5

Great location! Out the back door, down the steps, and on the beach and less than 10 minutes from down town St. Augustine. The house was well furnished-there was nothing else we needed. We enjoyed the CROWDED beach!! On Labor Day weekend the most people(other than our group of 5) was maybe 10 in the area within 50 yards of the house either way at any time.

Fantastic, super clean upgraded property on the beach

  • 5 of 5

We take our grand kids to a " beach house " every summer. This is by far the nicest property we have used.

It was well supplied and extremely clean for being right on the beach. The owners are very involved with the rental and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended the property to several of our friends. Thanks for all of your help Melinda. Smiles...

My husband and 2 daughters spent the best week of our lives in this gorgeously decorated and absolutely COZY town home. As you enter in the front door and walk up the grand staircase ... You KNOW your in for a treat, and with every step, it gets better and better. The pics online are pretty but there isn't a pic in existence that could capture the unbeatable views and lovely " flow" of the home! The upstairs bedrooms are just perfect with an adorable kids room, a guest room and a large master Bedroom and spa like bathroom..

We have traveled internationally as a couple and have had many " stay cations" here in Florida but this, by far , was our best trip yet!

The owners were extremely helpful every step of the way and are genuinely warm, good hearted people that were a joy to work with..

Oh yes, and the KITCHEN!? Top of the line EVERY thing! We cooked lovely meals and enjoyed them on the huge dining room table overlooking the ocean... Truly a dream come true for our family:)
