Belmont Shore is a fun, energetic, exciting place to visit. Situated between the beautiful Pacific Ocean with a HUGE sandy beach and very hip and energetic 2nd Street. Short walk to the famous Legends's Bar and Grill as well as Panama Joe's. Take the trolley between all the famous hot spots, or rent the PediWagon! Either way, you'll have a memorable stay!!

Clean, quiet and perfect stay. You walk 5 minutes one way to the beach and and 5 minutes the other to some great bars and restaurants. It is attached to the main house but this was no issue at all. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.
The location is great but be sure you understand it is a tiny apartment in the back part of the cute house in the picture. We had a great time with our dogs at the dog beach, and the owner was rarely around. I was just a little disappointed to realize after we arrived how the accommodations worked. Might have been my fault not paying closer attention to the description.
The location can't be beat, but at a price. The entrance to the unit on the side yard is partially blocked by a decrepit fence and a large Bougainvillea plant that won't allow you to open the gate all the way in order to get into the unit. Once inside it managed to smell both musty and heavily of cleaning products at the same time. A couple days with the windows open and it seemed to clear out. The bathroom (which was shared with the rest of the house) was old and in serious need of updating and repair with paint peeling of the walls and a shower head from probably the '70's which sprayed water everywhere except where you wanted. The kitchenette was nice and there is a large TV in the front room for use. The bed is old and squeaky.
Lastly, the owner didn't return our security deposit until 4 weeks after we checked out. There was no damages, we got the whole thing back, it just took a month.
Overall, great location, but won't stay here again.
Great location, very clean property with a massive tv in a very comfortable living room. We will be coming back again!
William was a great host - the space was very clean and we really enjoyed having the 2 beach cruisers to use. The location is great too as it is so close to the ocean.
