This home is impeccably maintained and is larger than many of the other properties in Anglers Reef. It offers 1,522 square feet of completely remodeled space on 2 floors. A perfect get away for the discerning family for 4 or 5.

Upstairs are two master suites. The first has a new sumptuous king size bed, large bathroom, private balcony, plenty of storage space and a 45" LED TV. The second master suite has one equally lavish queen size bed and a new full size sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress perfect for the 5th guest. A California closet, 45" flat screen TV with cable and tastefully remodeled bathroom make it a difficult decision which suite to really call the master.

High quality new linens, towels & beach towels are provided. Rich real wooden floors throughout the entire home give it a luxurious feel.

Downstairs has all new furniture in a separate living room area with a 50" flat screen LED TV with cable, a dining room that sits six, half bath and access to the back covered porch. The porch has comfortable furniture and a gas grill to cook up the days catch.

The kitchen with granite counter tops is very well equipped including a Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster, glasses, dishes, wine glasses, utensils, brand new pots & pans, etc. Top quality appliances include glass stove top, oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water/ice door dispenser and dishwasher.

The private driveway can park two vehicles, one covered and one behind.

High speed internet/Wi-Fi throughout the house is included.

Impeccably kept community areas include beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, garden areas, quaint streets, walking paths, marina and two private beaches. Boat slips available for rent.

Enjoy Islamorada's world famous sports fishing, sandbars and breathtaking sunsets. The list of water activities in this paradise playground is endless: scuba diving and snorkeling on the living coral reef, boating, paddle boarding, jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, kayaking and much much more. I live 2 hours North of this Island Paradise with my wife and 2 teenage daughters. This is the second home we have purchased in Anglers Reef and we spend a lot of time here. We come down here as often as possible to enjoy the ocean and relaxed atmosphere of the Keys. Once you hit Overseas Highway, you experience a clear change in latitude and attitude. Its far enough away from the craziness of Miami but only an hour and a half from the Miami airport or 2 hours from Fort Lauderdale. We have friends who also own homes here in Anglers Reef and often come down together. We enjoy boating, fishing, diving and just sitting around and we are happy to make our home available to your family to enjoy the same.

We looked all over the Keys for the perfect location for a family retreat as well as a good investment property. What attracted us to Anglers Reef was the look and feel of the location. The entire community is gated in and has two beautiful private beaches and a marina. Our kids have a safe place to run around, explore and play. The area is full of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive and the location two hours away from our primary residence makes coming here an easy trip anytime of year.

What makes this house unique

New homes built in 2006 make Anglers Reef the newest area in the middle keys available for weekly rentals. The location is excellent.

Angler's Reef is a beautiful place to stay!

Lovely home ... had everything we needed and was centrally located for touring many of the Keys. Beautiful pool (and boat access if you have a boat) and lovely grounds here but close to History of Diving Museum, Turtle Hospital, and Theatre of the Sea if you would like to see them. We also rode to Key West and stoped at the Key Deer Refuge and Baha'i Honda State Park (1 1/2-2 hours). Key Largo's John Pennekamp State Park with Glass bottom boat rides is less than half hour away in the other direction. Plenty of great restaurants and places to view the gorgeous Florida sunsets!

Best location in islamorada

This townhouse was perfect! Such a short walk to private beach and pool, plus friendly neighbors in the safe gated community of Anglers Reef. And central location to everything!! Gorgeous hardwood floors and all stainless steel appliances and top/bottom washer/dryer! But still carpeted stairs safe for little kids! The bedrooms were huge and both bathrooms had double tiled showers. My husband and I couldn't have asked for anything more in a rental property! Thanks Nick!! Can't wait to come back:)

Great "home" base

The location at Angler's Reef cannot be beat. It is roughly half-way between Miami and Key West, and Islamorada is one of the better locations as far as amenities, especially a decent grocery store. 110 Angler's Reef is a beautiful home that is stocked with everything one may need on their vacation. The home is also beautifully furnished and very comfortable, including the plush mattresses. The owner also has a detailed binder of different excursions, restaurants, and activities nearby. This was very helpful and appreciated. The community itself is very peaceful with a beautiful pool and view of the Atlantic. Finally, communication from the owner is top notch. Nick responds quickly and provides timely updates with regards to the rental process. If you want a stress and worry free rental experience, 110 Anglers Way is the way to go.

A Great Place

We have stayed off and on in Islamorada for years and this by far is the best place we have ever stayed! From the private gated entrance, to the beautiful pool and view of the Atlantic Ocean to the beautiful accommodations nothing could be nicer. The home is everything "Keys", beautifully decorated and everything you need, including a huge gas grill except your food!. A very short to the pool area and a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, it doesn't get much better than this for sure.

Don't look any further this is the place to stay!

Perfection

We loved everything about this home. Very luxurious but homey at the same time. The grounds were lush and the pool on the ocean amazing. Everything we needed, and then some was provided in the home. Nick was wonderful to work with before we arrived, and we had the pleasure of meeting him while there. I would not stay anywhere else in the Keys.
