About this property

The house in the vineyard is located inside the farm Rio Maggio which produces an excellent wine. The house, situated on a hill, has a beautiful view on the surrounding valley with rows of vines and olive trees.
The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace and TV SAT, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (of which two with balcony) and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. you can also enjoy the porch with table, chairs and sofa.

The house is set in a large garden with an equipped pool (not heated).

The house is in a perfect location as it is 12km far from the sea and is 5 minutes drive from the most famous outlets such as Tod's, Prada etc.

Surrounded by peace and tranquility, guests will have the
opportunity to spend a relaxing stay.
You can enjoy walks through the vineyards and the olive trees, discovering the campaign with its scents, you can visit the winery and we can organise a tastings of our wine and local products at a special price.

Heaven in Italy

This place far exceeded our expectations. It’s big, sleeps everyone comfortably. We were a group of six but could have slept three more easily. It’s quiet with a beautiful breeze and the pool area was so relaxing. The owners treat you like family and even brought us a bunch of fresh apricots off the tree that were so sweet and yummy. We did not need for anything but food and drink. The kitchen is completely stocked and we cooked easily there. Town is five minutes away and the beach less than fifteen. Their wines are wonderful and we had a tasting that beat any American tasting we have been too. We will be back!

We had a great time in the house near Montegranaro. The surroundings where stunning which and the house was perfekt for us, 8 people. The host was verk nice and helpful and we could definitly come back here someday.
