About the property

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with views over Steine Gardens

Come and stay in a fabulous newly renovated Regency building near the Palace Pier and sea front. Be right in the heart of Brighton where everything is accessible on foot. Suitable for families, sharers or couples. For larger groups the whole building is available to book, consisting of five individual apartments from 500 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft each. All prices include VAT.

This is a beautiful spacious one-bedroom apartment set in a stunning Regency building on the historical Old Steine. It is directly opposite Steine Gardens and fountain. Being in an elevated position from the pavement, you still have nice views. Rooms have high ceilings and large windows, a lot of light and air. This apartment is ideal for couples but can accommodate two more guests on a high quality memory foam sofa bed in the lounge. Windows in lounge are double-glazed so it is very quiet for sleeping in or just chilling out in front of the TV.

The large bedroom is at the rear of the building. There's a UK king size bed and lots of cupboard/drawer space. It’s an ideal room for parents and baby as a cot can easily be placed at the bedside (we can provide cot and high chair for your little one).

We provide hotel-quality bed linen and two towels for each person. In the bathroom you will find cosmetics from the "Simple" range. So no need to bring anything except your clothes if you booked in a hurry!

There’s a separate eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and utensils for cooking and baking. If there’s anything particular you need, just ask.

I made my first step towards hosting in 2008 when I offered my apartment to holiday-makers.

Back then it was a totally different industry. Most people going places would choose a hotel. We expected to be full in the summer and empty in winter.

But now, staying in privately-owned homes is so much more accessible to everyone around the world, which is fantastic.

I meet so many people from so many countries, I feel like I am the one doing the travelling!!!

I would be so happy if you chose to come and stay in one of my properties. I will never cancel your stay for a more lucrative offer so book with confidence.

-Outstanding interior-two interior designer friends came to visit and were very impressed with the flat. -Everything you could need is here and of the highest quality. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. -Location is perfect. -Owner Jo is very friendly and helpful even when we were hours late for check in! -Would thoroughly recommend this flat even to the most discerning person.

This property is great. Location is spot on! Brighton Pier is just a walk over the road and can be seen from the windows. Anything and everything else is on the doorstep from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants and nightclubs. Despite such a central location, noise is not a factor to be concerned about. The apartment is ideal for groups as it has a large living area and a fully equiped kitchen to cook up a stir. There is also a washing machine handy for those with young children who like to make a mess. Clean and comfortable, my friends and myself felt right at home.

Great family holiday home

Spacious, clean and comfortable! We loved how central we were to the major "sites" but also quick walk to local neighbourhoods, groceries, and coffee shops. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Just be sure to communicate well in advance on coordinating key pick-up / access as we were a bit confused due to not receiving this information before arrival. In the end we had someone waiting on the doorstep to greet us and show us in. Would recommend this apartment for your next stay in Brighton!
