With a 3 minute walk to Princes Street and a tram stop around the corner, this sunny south facing flat in the West End, is the perfect place to base yourself whilst enjoying the delights of Edinburgh. Freshly decorated and comfortably furnished this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is light, bright and airy. Set in a listed building, dated 1825, on a charming street originally built for artisans within Edinburgh's World Heritage Site, with period features including working shutters, original paneling and beautiful cornices. Luxurious bedding with 100% Egyptian Cotton linen with feather and down duvets and pillows, ensures a good nights sleep. The two bedrooms are: 1 x King Size Bed with ensuite bathroom and 1 x Twin Room with separate shower room. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a separate eat-in living area. William Street is so central you really can get across Edinburgh with ease. We are on the edge of the New Town, just a 10 minute walk to arty Stockbridge and it's famous Sunday farmer's market. Close to all the galleries and museums, including the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and a stones throw from Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the famous Grassmarket, Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), the Usher Hall and Lothian Road. Arrival and departure times can be flexible if we are able to work to your schedule otherwise check-in is usually after 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Max 4 guests, not including baby in travel cot.

Wonderful flat in the heart of the city

We had a great experience at this property. It was cozy yet comfortable, convenient, and clean. I can be very picky about cleanliness and this place totally met my standards. The sheets and towels were obviously fresh and laundered. There was plenty of places for food and refreshments close by and the castle and Royal mile were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Flat on Quiet Street

Our family of four stayed in this well equipped 2 BR/2 bath flat equipped with all the amenities we needed including washing machine. Good internet/Cable TV. Comfortable and clean in a nice, quiet section of town. Two blocks to bus/tram and 20 minute walk to Old Town. Nice restaurants close by including Luke & Co for breakfast sandwich/coffee/scones, etc. a few doors away (owners very nice/helpful). Couple of pubs at end of block. Restaurants we tried/enjoyed down the block Forage & Chatter and a few blocks away Otro. Also have to mention Strumpets a small coffee place a bit pricey but worth trying. All in all a very nice experience.

Fantastic city centre flat. Peaceful and charming.

This apartment in is in the perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. It’s in a charming quiet street a few minutes from the bustle of shops, restaurants, transport etc. The flat is immaculate, very well equipped with extremely comfortable beds, good pillows and nice bedlinen. Two excellent bathrooms, lots of hot water, high ceilings, well-stocked kitchen and all the rooms are flooded with light from the beautiful tall Georgian sash windows.

We have stayed in many apartments in the city’s new town and this was the best so far. We will be back!

Fabulous 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment in the West End area of Edinburgh

Stayed at this lovely apartment during the Fringe this August. It was perfectly situated within easy reach of the main shopping areas and restaurants. It was a short/bus ride to reach all of the Fringe venues and the apartment was an ideal place to re-charge the batteries.

Light, airy and very comfortable.

What a great spot! Close to everything but off the main street. Living room was bright and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and bright. Rooms were nice, linens good, but no where to hang anything, anywhere. I would stay here again.
