This holiday home is a beautiful apartment with 1 bedroom to accomodate 4 guests comfortably. Located in Liguria, it is perfect for families andcomes with free wifi and lovely garden to enjoy the countryside.

Nearby medieval towns including the historical centre of Ventimiglia, Dolceaqua and its castle and the artist's city of old Bussana are perfect for history buffs to explore. The beautiful beaches like Balzi Rossi, Calandra and Plage Mala in the pine groves are great to spend time in tranquility.Other attractions to visit include Sanremo, Bordighera, Menton, Beaulieu, Eze, Roquebrune, Nice, Cannes with its film festival, Montecarlo , Superphoenix park , Monaco aquarium , casino in Menton and the Hambury Botanical Garden. Sea is at 7 km. Restaurants, general supplies and town center are at 4 km.

The living room is cozy and the barbecue is relaxing as well. You can park on the premises. Conditioning air is not present, but the big wall and the garden keep the house fresh during summertime. The tap water is perfectly drinkable.

Note: The owner of the house will be present to greet you. Also, a car is necessary to reach the house. Plastic, glass and paper collected during your stay can be placed in the specific bin on the road. Stairs on the garden can be difficult for people with mobility problem.

Great apartment stunning views

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our 2 boys (4 and 8) The apartment is exactly what you need, in beautiful surroundings with great gardens for inquisitive minds. Our host was really helpful and even picked us fresh figs on arrival. A great day exploring nearby beaches (be aware if you go off the beaten track walks up and down the steep hillsides can be very hard work and not advisable in flip flops!) we visited the local Hanbury Gardens which was lovely if a little in need of some weeding. The marina bars in ventimiglia are well worth a visit for a more relaxed beach day with loungers and nearby toilets. Ventimiglia itself we found madly busy and not worth driving into unless you don’t mind getting stuck in traffic for ages and no parking spaces. Overall a fantastic dip over the border into the Italian way of life!

A nice and quiet stay with a great view

We liked everything about our stay at the beautiful property. The host was very nice and super helpful and was able to give us lots of tips for the region. It was a great property with many great seating areas to just relax and have a view to the ocean. We would love to come back and can recommend the accommodation!

Very nice and welcoming host who makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Beautifull estate, especially for garden lovers, with a carefully renovated Villa. The apartment is tastefully furnished and contains all necessary equipment including a water boiler and a hairdryer. Highly recommended!

Das Haus steht inmitten eines riesigen, park ähnlichen Gartens auf einem Berg mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist modern, funktional und sehr geschmackvoll. Der Vermieter ist super nett, hilfsbereit und absolut unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche und kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder! Danke, Sandro!
