A Stunning House that has been refurbished for July 2016 based in the lovely resort of Denia in the El Palmar Urbinisation (Las Marinas). The property has Full air conditioning in all rooms (Hot & Cold functions), all the windows and doors are double glazed and very secure with mosquito nets installed in them all. There is a very good Wifi system installed in the property. The Living room has a lovely homely feeling with comfy sofas and Spanish furniture and introduces slight indulgences such as a 42 inch TV/ DVD system with International Freeview Satellite channels. There is dining table for 6 people that is serviced by a luxury kitchen with integrated fridge and washing machine. Stairs take you up to 3 bedrooms, King size bedroom with built in wardrobe, Secure safe for your valuables and bedside tables. The twin room has 2 wooden full sized single beds (Fine for adults), again with built in wardrobes and a side table, the third bedroom has full sized bunk-beds (suitable for adults) with storage . All bedrooms have shutters to ensure you have a dark room if you need it. A stunning bathroom is located beside the bedrooms upstairs and its fully tiled with a large bath and very modern shower unit.

Outside the property to the front and back, you will find lovely tiled terraces, the rear terrace has a gas BBQ, 2-4 sun loungers, wooden dining table and parasol, the gardens are surrounded by hedging making the terraces a very peaceful and private place.

The El Palmar resort is very lucky to benefit from a superb swimming pool that is very large, clean and most importantly safe - separate toddlers area and flumes for the older kids or adults(Gated and secure key access only to the pool). It has lifeguards from July to September and a dedicated pool bar serving adult/ kids drinks, snacks and ice creams.

From the property you need to walk on one path for 4 minutes and you are on the beach - that's how close it is....and you would have passed 2/3 bars / restaurants on that walk.

You can walk into Denia along the beach which would take you 30 minutes or for 1 Euro the bus stop at the front of the complex will take you straight into town within 5-10 minutes. It is a lovely location.

We had 2 holidays in Denia in 2012 and 2014 and fell in love with the place, stunning clean beaches, lovely back street bars and restaurants and you will never find them all.. we just love the fact that the location is so relaxing. You can travel to beautiful ruins, coastal drives, Alicante, Valencia via the car, train, bus within an hour. It has everything for every member of the family - golfers check out La Sella (Marriott course)

Very happy with the property

We stayed in this property for 2 weeks as a family of 5. We were really happy with it. Everything worked great. Lovely peaceful location, walking distance to supermarkets and several beachfront restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the pool. It's a really nice pool and has a lifeguard on it also. I would definitely recommend this.

A really good rental property

We had a bit of difficulty finding the house, but when we did, the lights were on and were very welcoming. We rented this property for 10 weeks and we were not disappointed at any time. It is well kept and clean. We wanted a property with good heating, Wifi and British TV, on the level and reasonably close to the beach for walking. Not your normal requirements perhaps for a summer break, but we rented in the winter, so our needs were different. This house more than fitted our requirements. It has a lovely kitchen with good quality equipment. a nice open plan lounge and very comfortable beds. Outside is a lovely secluded suntrap paved garden with a great barbeque both of which we made full use. I have no hesitation in recommending this property at all. It is outside Denia but very close to the beach. It also has a magnificent pool about 100 meteres away. In the winter the other facilities are closed so it is very quiet, again which suited us. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance whose opening hours are dependent on season, but a multitude of lively places a short drive or bus ride away in Denia itself. Finally the owner was tremendous. If any problems or queries arose he dealt with them immediately and at the end of our rental he returned our deposit within 48 hours. You can't ask for better than that! The only reason I have not given this property 5 stars is that it could have done with more comfy seating in the lounge if 6 people had rented it. We would definitely rent it again.

Great place for a family holiday

There was plenty to do for us in nearby Dénia. For the time of year, the most local businesses were closed and the onsite pool bar and cafe complex but they pool was still useable and it isn’t difficult to get about. We very much enjoyed the beaches and taking a tour of the castle. We would definitely return and would likely look at a summertime visit to appreciate the fullness of what the complex and immediate area has to offer. The owners were easily contactable and incredibly helpful. There was also a very detailed folder in the villa to give lots of inspiration for your stay.

Perfect holiday home

This is a great place, very well-equipped and comfortable. The owner, Simon, responded to all queries quickly and was very helpful. The swimming pool is fantastic and it's an easy walk to a huge, beautiful beach. The only thing I'd say is it's not an easy walk to Denia - it's about 4km and you can't walk by the beach (you can walk on the sand, but you might not want to of an evening). It wasn't a problem for us as we had a car (and there is a bus), and there are two very good supermarkets only minutes walk from the house (we liked Consum - great fresh fish). We also loved the local market in Denia, and had a lovely drive to Javea/Xabia - lovely cafes over-looking the sea. All in all, a great holiday.

House in Denia

We stayed with 5 adults and a baby of 15 months. Simon catered for all our needs such as a travel cot and stair gate. Pool area is lovely and had it to ourselves most days. Close to supermarkets and restaurants..You don't need a car as the bus stop is close by. We walked to Denia one day. Thanks again Simon for our lovely holiday.

Denia is a all year working town with beautiful bars and restaurants, fantastic shops and a great blend of old castle ruins to new upmarket marina. Miles and miles of lovely beaches with bars and places to eat whilst watching the world go bye is a sure recipe for a relaxing holiday. Enough for the full family to have a relaxing break or a busy holiday with water parks, theme parks, hiking, jet ski adventures, it has it all.
