LOVELY APPARTMENT WITH SEA VIEWS AND AVAILABLE FOR OUTSIDE MEALS

Great apartment with sea views. First class resort in the best location of Benalmadena Costa, 50 meters from the beach. Very quiet swimming pool.

Separate bedroom, and livingroom with balcony looking at the sea.

Supermarquets, Pharmacie, Great Park Parque La Paloma and Gym, next to the appartment. Golf 15 minutes away. Malaga 20 minutes far. Picasso Museum, Pompidou Centre and Thyssen Musseo.

Kitchen with dining area, electric hob, microwave oven, satellite TV, Wiffi free, and very quiet views overlooking the Maritime Promenade.

Sofa bed, toaster, fridge With freezer, washing machine.

If you rent my appartment I'll try that you feel like at home.

Golf and Spanish language classes available. Very chip.

The appartment is located next to the Maritime Promenade, and the Beach and Restaurants area, but it has a very quiet location Because Pueblo Quinta is a private urbanization only reserved for residents. The best feature of the apartment is its proximity to the promenade and cosmopolitan area with all kinds of services and tranquility while being a gated community with access only for residents.

Excellent stay

The owner Elvira met us at the airport with her son and transported us to the apartment which wasn't expected but such a nice personal touch. Elvira spent around an hour with us at the apartment showing us everything we needed to know and contacted us on several occasions throughout our stay checking we had everything we needed again a nice personal touch. The apartment has sea views and is very well kept and fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and the wifi is excellent. The smart TV has various English speaking channels it also has a USB socket which was great as I took a USB stick loaded with films. The apartment is close to the beach and Paloma park and is not far from the award winning marina and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants very close by. However we decided to walk to the Supersol supermarket around a ten minute walk away a supermarket we have often used in the past much cheaper and well stocked and we caught the taxi back with the shopping (4 euro). The apartment is on all bus routes to Malaga, Torremolinos, Mijas and Benalmadena pubelo and the train station is just up the road in Arroya (the town). The gated complex in which the apartment is situated is clean well maintained and has some nice fountains and a lovely swimming pool which also boasts a disabled lift up to it. A enjoyable holiday to which we will return next year and a highly recommended property thank you Elvira for being so helpful and kind.

A shopping trolley and beach chairs and beach umbrella provided again a nice touch by Elvira.

We were met at the apartment by Elvire and Carlos who were lovely and very helpful they even brought a extra blanket as the weather had taken a turn for the worse. It was the first two weeks in Febuary and the weather was not as good as it should have been but we still enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped ever thing you need for your stay.

The area was perfect with every thing close at hand there was a lovely park that was very close by and would be a good place for children lots of chickens and animals. We realy enjoyed our stay here and will come back again some day.

Lovely apartment in good location

We have just returned from staying in this apartment for two and half weeks.

Great communication from the owners before our trip, even better support whilst we were there. Elvira and Carlos could not have been better hosts. They spent a considerable amount of time with us on arrival to ensure we were comfortable with every aspect of the apartment. This was greatly appreciated by my wife and I.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The apartment itself was comfortable with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. It was situated on a quiet street with plenty of parking. There were restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The marina was only a brisk 15 minute walk away along the promenade.

The apartment had sea views from the balcony.

Overall, this apartment was an idea place to stay in Benalmadena and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great Location with a lovely sea view

The apartment was very clean, well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment. It was a very quiet complex giving you a good nights sleep even though it was only one road back from the sea front.

Elvira the owner was extremely helpful keeping in touch to see if we needed anything she even went out and bought us a shopping trolley to take to the supermarket to save us carrying shopping.She also spoke good English.

Will stay there again if we return to Benalmadena again.

Kompakti asunto 2-3 henkilölle. Viihtyisä, kaikki tarvittava, wifi ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin.

Olimme asunnossa syyskuun alussa 10 päivää. Meistä huolehdittiin hyvin. Tosi lyhyt kävelymatka rannalla ja isompaan kauppaan. Juna-asemakin oli kävelymatkan päässä vaikkakin mennessä ylämäkeen. Puisto oli mahtava kanoineen, pupuineen ja kilpikonnineen. Asunto on kaikilta osin hyvässä paikassa, lyhyt matka kaikkialle ja junalla pääsi hyvin pidemmälle. Ainut miinus oli että se alakerran kauppa oli kallis.
