Separate lounge, kitchen diner, downstairs wc, utility. Kitchen has built-in dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and halogen hob. Utility equipped with washer drier.

Large and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and it was clean. Beds very comfortable. A really superb welcome pack was provided on arrival.

The house is very well situated, close to Fowey and other parts of the area, but in a quiet setting. Excellent breakfast nearby at the Yummy Scrummy cafe in Par.

Would recommend this house.

Very comfortable stay in Par

Comfortable modern house, with excellent heating and good amount of space for the 7 of us (including 3 kids). We very much appreciated the welcome pack of bread, scones, jam, cream etc. Internet was fast, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, and other things like a hand blender, scales, and cake tins as well. The child safety gates for the stairs and highchair were very much appreciated. We couldn't quite walk to the beach in 10 minutes, but the nearest pub serving food was only 15 minutes walk. Favorite kids activity was the spinning sofa love seat :D

Modern, clean & well placed property.

Good location to explore Cornwall. The house is modern & spotlessly clean. Plenty of space & equipment. The beds are comfy & spacious rooms. Everything needed for our stay. Thank you to Andrew for a lovely basket of bread, scones & wine & fridge supplies.

Location is on outskirts of St Austell in a quiet location. Great views yet this is not a village location I would have really liked. Par Beach is a good spot for a day on the beach & Pendower beach a 40 minute drive away. Nearby the house is the Yummy Scrummy bakery. Great bread & delightful cafe. All in all a 5 star stay. Hope to return soon.

Party of seven people have had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful home. Spacious bedrooms, impressive kitchen-diner area, and very well equipped with everything you could wish for. Located about 10 min. walk from the beach with the beautiful coastal walks, Eden project is 5 min. drive away. Owner is very polite and responsive. Would definitely recommend to relatives and friends. Thank you very much Andy!!!

Fantastic locaftion

The house was perfect for our needs and Par is the ideal location for exploring the area. We went to Polkerris, Par and Crinnis beaches, all of which were great! Very clean throughout and nicely decorated the house was an ideal base with a substantial garden. Owners couldn't have been more accommodating and were always on the end of the phone if required (such as when the fuse box tripped!). Would recommend the New Inn/Strand Bistro in Tywardreath as a venue for eating out which is just down the road. Yummy Scrummy bakery in Par is good.
