The apartment is located in Les Résidences du Palais de la Méditerranée which offers its residents a sought after address in a golden triangle between the Rue de France, the Rue du Congres and the Promenade des Anglais. Experience the best of Nice in a superb location as part of the Palais de la Méditerranée Hotel and Résidences, quiet apartment with direct pedestrian access to the Promenade des Anglais, beside numerous restaurants and shops. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. As a group of four, you will be very comfortable, you will find plenty of room, although the apartment can sleep six people easily. Wireless broadband available in the apartment. Smart 54"' Smart TV in the lounge. Flat Screen TV in main bedroom. Terraces to enjoy, dine or relax in the sun, with private quiet gardens. Ski in the Alps and swim in the Mediterranee:: Only 1.5 hours by car or public transport to the ski resort of Isola 2000, where you will find good skiing for beginners and intermediate levels. There is a ski bus, and the cost includes a day ski pass and return bus journey.

Isola 2000 is located in the Mercantour Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with numerous outdoor activities available.

Golf on the Cote D'Azur & swim in the Med:: The French Riviera is the perfect destination for any golfer who likes to swing, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. Full details of the apartment and how to contact the local representative were provided prior to our trip by the owner, Deirdre. After making our way to the apartment, we were met by a charming lady, Pat, who provided two sets of keys and showed us how to access the complex and how to use the lifts to the second floor apartment. Pat also showed us around the apartment and explained all that we needed to know, making sure that we had her contact details should we need to contact her at any time.

The apartment was exactly as described and fully equipped with all that we needed.

The location was just right, with direct access both to the promenade and to the pedestrian area one block back from the front, and was securely gated at each entrance.

The 'old town' is around a 15 minute stroll, and the immediate area is well supplied with food shops, and with restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations, and we have had no hesitation in recommending it to all our friends.

54" Smart TV in the lounge, recorded films and TV programmes available to watch on the DVD or Terra Drive. Use the Terra Drive to listen to music. Use your own USB. Individual air-conditioning/heating controls in the lounge and bedrooms. The system is by a central heat pump, either in ‘’cooling’’ or ‘’heating’’ mode. Change-over is twice a year, in early summer and late Autumn, at the discretion of the local residents, based on weather conditions. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, with doors being between 800 and 900 mm wide. Terraces are equipped with table, chairs and(sun loungers on the larger terrace), as well as lighting and power. Ample storage in the bedrooms and kitchen. Travel cot available for young child. Cot linen not supplied. Iron and ironing board available. Beach mats and beach sunshades available. The complex uses an video entry phone system, ensuring that the apartment is very secure. There is also a permanent Guardian in the complex.

My stay

I stayed at this appartment with four others(adults), and found It to be of a high standard and amply big enough for all of us. Everything you could ask for was provided,from iron, hairdryer etc. to cd`s, dvd`s and things for the beach.

Very handy for the beach, shops,supermarket,pubs, restaraunts and trams.

We were made very welcome on arrival and nothing was aproblem.

I would definitely recomend it to anyone.

Nice in Nice

Property was as advertsed. Excellent location if your on foot,and good access to parking if driving. Be sure to buy a long term parking pass in the adjacent parking garage if driving, or the parking is pricey. The apartment is comfortable and decently appointed,really lacked nothing. The company rep. was there at the appointed times at the beginning and at the end of our stay. There were many good restuarants in the area, we particularily enjoyed the ones on the site of the market in the Old Towm. The info regarding dining that was in the apartment was also helpful and accurate. Overall our experience both with the accomodation and agency were most satifactory.

Superb location, adjacent to the 4 Star+ Hotel Le Palais De La Méditerranée and Casino, re-opened in 2004 and located on the glorious Promenade des Anglais, facing the sea, on the corner of Rue Du Congres. This historical landmark façade, houses an experience in elegance and hospitality unlike any other in the city. The apartment completed in 2003, is situated in a quiet area, with no traffic noise.

Direct pedestrian access to the legendary Promenade des Anglais, lined with palm trees and luxury hotels. The “Promenade of the English' was built in 1820 by an Englishman, Lewis Way, for afternoon constitutionals. Today this palm tree lined promenade is used by walkers, joggers, cyclist, and roller blades. The promenade runs the length of Nice's ocean front, approximately 7 km.

The complex has security gates/doors, accessed by code or keys. There is also a video entry phone system and a part-time guardian, all ensuring that the apartment is very secure.

Other Activities: shopping, skiing - one and a half hour's drive away and golf courses within one hour drive

Refundable Damage Deposit £876.57
Local handling charge £162.17

The minimum rental period is seven days, however, if there is an in-fill of 4-6 nights between bookings, this can be faciliated. Please email your enquiry.
In addition, there is a local handling charge of between €130 and €190, depending on occupancy, payable in cash to our representative, when you arrive at the apartment. This is for checking-in and out of the apartment, provision of bed linen & towels, but excluding end of stay cleaning. You are expected to maintain the apartment during your stay, for which there is a cleaning kit provided).
Please bring your own beach towels, however, there are beach mats and sunshades available for our guests use and they are located in the wardrobe of the twin bedroom.
Breakage deposit of €800:
This is a security deposit against major damage to articles in the apartment or the apartment itself or if the apartment is left in a dirty condition, which necessitates a major clean. We do not call on the deposit for broken items of crockery, cutlery or utensils in the apartment. We as owners, try to ensure that there are more than adequate supplies of these items for six people and regularly visit the apartment for maintenance and purchasing of utensils. This deposit is authorised for seven days after guests' departure from the apartment and is not drawn upon, unless absolutely necessary.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
