Ski in the Alps and swim in the Mediterranee:: Only 1.5 hours by car or public transport to the ski resort of Isola 2000, where you will find good skiing for beginners and intermediate levels. There is a ski bus, and the cost includes a day ski pass and return bus journey.
Isola 2000 is located in the Mercantour Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with numerous outdoor activities available.

Pat met us at the promenade bus stop and was most welcoming and helpful, even coming in to change the linen for week two. The apartment remains fully equip as described and includes more than you need for a relaxing holiday, with new loungers on the balcony together with mats and umbrella for the beach. The secure internal courtyard and gardens are quiet and peaceful, whilst outside, the streets around the complex seem busier than ever with an even wider choice of restaurants within the immediate vicinity, and with dual access, both to the promenade and the beach, and to the pedestrian area on Rue de France, the apartment could not be better situated. I stayed at this appartment with four others(adults), and found It to be of a high standard and amply big enough for all of us. Everything you could ask for was provided,from iron, hairdryer etc. to cd`s, dvd`s and things for the beach.
Very handy for the beach, shops,supermarket,pubs, restaraunts and trams.
We were made very welcome on arrival and nothing was aproblem.
I would definitely recomend it to anyone.
Property was as advertsed. Excellent location if your on foot,and good access to parking if driving. Be sure to buy a long term parking pass in the adjacent parking garage if driving, or the parking is pricey. The apartment is comfortable and decently appointed,really lacked nothing. The company rep. was there at the appointed times at the beginning and at the end of our stay. There were many good restuarants in the area, we particularily enjoyed the ones on the site of the market in the Old Towm. The info regarding dining that was in the apartment was also helpful and accurate. Overall our experience both with the accomodation and agency were most satifactory.
Superb location, adjacent to the 4 Star+ Hotel Le Palais De La Méditerranée and Casino, re-opened in 2004 and located on the glorious Promenade des Anglais, facing the sea, on the corner of Rue Du Congres. This historical landmark façade, houses an experience in elegance and hospitality unlike any other in the city. The apartment completed in 2003, is situated in a quiet area, with no traffic noise.
Direct pedestrian access to the legendary Promenade des Anglais, lined with palm trees and luxury hotels. The “Promenade of the English' was built in 1820 by an Englishman, Lewis Way, for afternoon constitutionals. Today this palm tree lined promenade is used by walkers, joggers, cyclist, and roller blades. The promenade runs the length of Nice's ocean front, approximately 7 km.
The complex has security gates/doors, accessed by code or keys. There is also a video entry phone system and a part-time guardian, all ensuring that the apartment is very secure.

The minimum rental period is seven days, however, if there is an in-fill of 4-6 nights between bookings, this can be faciliated. Please email your enquiry.
In addition, there is a local handling charge of €190, payable in cash to our representative, when you arrive at the apartment. This is for checking-in and out of the apartment, provision of bed linen & towels, but excluding end of stay cleaning. You are expected to maintain the apartment during your stay, for which there is a cleaning kit provided).
Please bring your own beach towels, however, there are beach mats and sunshades available for our guests use and they are located in the wardrobe of the twin bedroom.
Breakage deposit of €800:
This is a security deposit against major damage to articles in the apartment or the apartment itself or if the apartment is left in a dirty condition, which necessitates a major clean. We do not call on the deposit for broken items of crockery, cutlery or utensils in the apartment. We as owners, try to ensure that there are more than adequate supplies of these items for six people and regularly visit the apartment for maintenance and purchasing of utensils. This deposit is authorised for seven days after guests' departure from the apartment and is not drawn upon, unless absolutely necessary.
25% deposit is required immediately, balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Security deposit is payable with the balance of the rental.
