The views from the apartment as you can see from the gallery are beautiful. So, whether you are here for leisure or work you will be starting and ending your day in a calm, peaceful environment with everything you need to hand.

Our apartment has beautiful river views and is light and spacious. You can be on the river in less than a minute and take a pretty river walk to Hampton Court Bridge and Hampton Court Palace in 25 mins. 4 mins by car / bus.

We are excellently positioned for London, airports and surrounding sites. We are 5 mins from the Mainline Rail Station with connections to London Wimbledon (20 mins away) and London Waterloo (30-38 mins) via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall. 30 Mins Taxi/Car from Heathrow and Gatwick Airport (40 mins). Teddington, Kingston (10 mins) Richmond, Twickenham and Kew Palace and Botanical Gardens (25mins away). Public transport links to them all on doorstep too.

The Apartment:

Independent access to the apartment via a lift from the main foyer which will whisk you to the top floor so your relaxation can begin with beautiful views and comfortable surroundings.

The apartment has its own, private roof terrace with a seating area so you can wake up to breakfast al fresco or finish the evening on the terrace with an ice cold glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the river - pure heaven!

You will have also have access to your own designated car space in the underground car park or, if you prefer you can park for free directly outside the apartment block too.

The property itself has fabulous floor to ceiling river views from the bedroom and living room / kitchen. It is open plan in layout offering a very spacious, comfortable stay. The apartment has been freshly refurbished with new floors, carpets, kitchen ( quartz surfaces, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, all cutlery, crockery etc) and new bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is heated, has a new, stylish bathroom with power shower and bath too so you can fully unwind and relax when you are not sight-seeing / working. Toiletries also provided.

There is a flatscreen TV, DVD, WiFi in the living room area as well as a large, plump sofabed and chairs to relax in.

The kitchen area has a quartz topped breakfast bar that seats 4 ( with views of the river) or, if you prefer to be outside there is a terrace to enjoy the view.

The large bedroom has a seating area and Queen bed with beautiful Egyptian Cotton 400 thread count bed linen with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes with shelves, hangers, iron and hairdryer. If you are travelling as a 3 or 4 the brand new, double sofa-bed in the living room can be set up in less than a minute ( all linen provided).

Hello! My name is Vanda. My family and I have lived here for 5 years and absolutely love this leafy suburb as it has so much to offer for those that love nature, history and socialising. It is ideal for lunch and nights out due to the plethora of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and London is only 30 mins away which is perfect when I need a bit of a culture fix amidst my life with young children! Why Vanda chose Hampton

The apartment has lovely river-views. It is 1 minute away from the river and is very close to Hampton Court Palace and the East Molesey Village with its pavement cafes, restaurants and antique shops. A coffee, brunch or lunch at Mada Deli or Henry's Cafe is not to be missed. For lunch or evening there are so many to choose from but, if we had to name one we highly recommend 'Dar' on the Bridge Road.

You are only 30 seconds from a supermarket and ATM and also the local bus that will take you to the Palace, Rail Station and East Molesey Village.

Home to historic Hampton Court and its beautiful grounds, The RHS Hampton Court Flower Show, Royal Bushy Park is only a 5 minute walk from the palace where wild deer have been roaming since Henry VIII's times. If you are here for the tennis then Wimbledon is only 15 mins away on the train, sights of London only 38 mins to Waterloo. You could easily spend a week or more exploring the highlights surrounding this lovely, leafy, river edged village and eat at a different restaurant / Cafe each night! A very safe, leafy, river-edged neighborhood with a happy holiday feel.

Wonderful place

We stay here whenever we are in London. Not only is the location excellent, only a few minutes by car or conveniently located bus to the Hampton Court station to Waterloo, but also, the flat is beautifully kitted out. We can wander along the Thames to favorite pubs, visit Hampton Court, walk up to the Molesey Heath, enjoy London. The flat is very pretty, with all modern conveniences and top grade appliances. Vanda is a sweetheart, always willing to help with anything needed, always concerned that all is well, checking in from time to time. We don’t want to recommend this place too highly, for fear others will book just when we want to be there, but highly recommend it we must. Gail and Bob, Alexandria, Virginia

Great Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Vanda's apartment which is very comfortable and tasteful. Vanda is delightful and does everything to please and help .The area is interesting being near the Thames and Hampton Court .There is a great selection of restaurants nearby and all in all we had a really enjoyable five days in the area.

Very modern and well-equipped apartment with very picturesque views over Thames. Shopping close by.

Attentive host who was very keen we enjoyed our stay. Just the right balance of advice about the apartment and local area. Hampton Court itself is about 20 minutes walk away along the delightful Thames towpath. Hampton village is five minutes closer to the apartment with a fascinating mixture of eateries, pubs, art and antique shops - well worth a browse. Access to central London is easy via the overground at Hampton Court and local buses to Richmond and Kingston are easily accessible. We hired a boat for two on the Thames and had a gentle cruise one afternoon and ate out each night in glorious evening sunshine.

Overall a very enjoyable stay in a quiet flat but with easy access to all amenities- a stay enhanced by the wonderful weather.

Careful design over 2 floors with spacious living area. Newly decorated with everything you need.

The property is beautifully situated very close to the river and Hampton Court Palace. Perfect for walks along the riverbank and trips into London; easy walk to the station and half hourly service to Waterloo. A lovely 'home' to come back to after sightseeing or events. Local shops are fun to browse. You may even spot where Vanda picks up her decorating 'gems'.

Restaurants to suit all tastes nearby, and the property has all you need to cook simple meals.

The property has its own entrance although the family lives next door. Vanda could not have done more to make us feel welcome and very attentive to any of our questions.

We would highly recommend this property.

Our apartment is in a beautiful, riverside, historic, village location with Hampton Court Palace and grounds on the doorstep as well as a months worth of short or long-term stay day trips within 30 mins by train or car.

The pavement cafes and antique shops of 'Bridge Road' are 5 mins from the apartment where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening meals of French, Italian, Indian, Thai, Lebanese, Spanish as well as traditional and gourmet British pub options.

Only 30 mins from Heathrow / Gatwick International Airport. We are also, only 15 mins from London' Wimbledon, and 30-38 mins by direct train to Central London and its famous sights ( London Eye, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, British Museum, Natural History Museum, Harrods, Madam Tussaud, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, London South-bank and its galleries, Tate Gallery and world famous restaurants and bars to name only a few...!

Hampton Court Palace ( famous for Henry VIII and his 6 wives! and the Royal Flower Show, Open- Air Concerts ) is 5 mins by car/bus ( 20-25 minute pretty river walk away, passing classic English houseboats, our Olympic Rowing Club ) from the apartment. The Royal Bushy Park is also walking distance from the apartment where you can while away the time surrounded by wild deer, lakeside views for picnics. surrounded by a plethora of places to eat. As mentioned the Hampton Court Palace Railway station will take you direct to London Wimbledon, famous for tennis in 15 mins, to central London Waterloo via Clapham Junction and all the London sights in 30-38 mins ( Rail station is 5 mins by bus/car from apartment). Kew Palace and Botanical Gardens, Richmond, Twickenham, Kempton Park/ Sandown Park Race courses, Thorpe Park Theme Park, Esher Golf courses are all on the doorstep and reachable by car in 20-25 mins.
