Located in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux, on the ground floor of an architectural charming set, this apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in a contemporary style. It can welcome 4 people.

Quiet, its windows open on to a large indoor courtyard, isolated from the street with a carriage entrance.

The apartment is situated in the city centre, in the Saint Pierre district, the heart of the historic center of Bordeaux.

Saint Pierre district will charm you with its ancient paved streets,its church,its square and its many restaurants.

Quays of Garonne,the Sainte Catherine Street,the Opera,the Place de la Bourse,the Place des Quinconces, the Porte Cailhau,the Grosse Cloche, the Andrew Cathedral,the Rohan Palace(City Hall) are just minutes on foot.

Private covered and watched parking (place Camille Jullian, 50 m away from the apartment). If you wish to use public transports, tram, bus and bike station are at approximately at 2 minutes. The train station is at 5 min.

Location, location, location!!

If you are looking for a very clean, well equipped apartment in a great location in this wonderful city then this is the one for you. All mod cons and everything works!!

Alain was a great host, he always replied to messages very quickly, was flexible with arrival times etc and he also gave us loads of good recommendations.

If you get fed up with French food, give the Italian restaurant just around the corner a try and the pizzas are to die for.

Comfortable, modern apartment in historic building

We loved the beautifully decorated apartment located in an area within walking distance of historic sites and the tram. If we return to Bordeaux we would stay there again. The owner provided juice, bottled water, coffee, tea and basically everything needed to make you feel at home.

We stayed in this delightful apartment for one week and were very happy with the layout of the space and the proximity of the apartment to everything we needed in Bordeaux. Alain met us and showed us round the apartment which is housed on the ground floor of a very old building within a closed courtyard. The apartment has been renovated to a high level and we were provided with good quality sheets and towels and with welcoming juice and water in the refrigerator. The apartment is situated very close to restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket, the main shopping area and tram lines. Museums and points of interest are equally accessible. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Position

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in beautiful Bordeaux .

The appartment though small was a perfect base.

It is extremely clean, modern and very comfortable.

Being enclosed behind gates the environment is quiet and safe.

It is on ground floor facing onto the courtyard come car spaces so there is some other tenant noise at times.

The position is fabulous...walking distance to wonderful bakeries,cheese shops,restaurants and the river.

Alain the owner is the perfect host....always available if there are any queries....even picked us up and returned us to the airport ( small cost)which was so appreciated .

No hesitation in recommending this appartment.
