This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa (sleeping 4 / 5), is situated on the quiet and sought after La Sella urbanisation. There is a 3rd bedroom if required at an additional cost.

There are a couple of excellent very local restaurants one on La Sella itself, it is called Giramondo. The other just outside La Sella and is called Restaurant Casa Antigua.

Giramondo is an Italian restaurant and bar, it is very popular with residents and guests alike, the owners are Spanish and are really friendly and the service is excellent. This is within walking distance of this villa approx. 500m away.

La Sella also benefits from a mini market run by a local English couple where you can buy your fresh bread and croissants in the morning and is open till late and saturday and sunday too.

There is a pharmacy with a lovely English speaking lady working there, tennis courts and horse riding here too, again all within walking distance as all close to the bar /restaurant too.

The villa is beautiful villa on a flat garden and is completely enclosed and private. Its consists of 3 bedrooms, although we have priced for 2 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms. The third can be rented at a supplement. There is a double bedroom, a twin room with a third single room which can be rented at a supplement if required, therefore sleeping 5 max.

The villa is modern light and airy and is perfectly maintained. The fully enclosed garden is perfect for families with small children. The villa and garden has everything you could need for a totally relax holiday. This villa is perfect for a family or 2 couples who wish to holiday together.

On entering the villa there is an open plan lounge / diner and kitchen area. It is modern light and stylishly furnished, with its traditional beamed high ceiling with fan, perfect to keep the room cool.

The lounge / diner is open plan and is stylish and comfortably furnished. It consists of comfortable seating with flat screen TV complete with UK channels, the all important wifi and is a perfect place to relax.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with full fridge freezer (new for 2016), microwave, oven and hob with extractor fan plus the all important dishwasher.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.

There are 3 bedrooms a double, a twin and a single bedroom which has its own shower area. The villa has been priced as a 2 bedroom villa and the third room can be rented at a supplement id required. All the bedrooms have air con, storage and are stylishly furnished.

The family bathroom has a large walk in shower and is modern and light. The third bedroom has a small shower area with wc.

The owners have provided a travel cot and high chair for guests babies to use at no extra cost, so no need to hire (no bedding for the cot).

The outside area to this lovely villa is fully enclosed and so is perfect for families with small children as you can lock the gates.

There is al fresco dining under a covered terrace, with a purpose built Spanish BBQ with sink. This dining area seats 6 people and is very private. The al fresco dining & BBQ then leads to a relaxing outside sofa area over looking the pool, with a pull out awning if you wish to escape the sun. There is ample terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers and parasol, pool towels are provided.

At the rear of the villa there is a small courtyard with bistro table to relax and read. There is also a roof top terrace with artificial grass and a further table to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple while taking in the view.

The lovely 8m x 4m pool is another real attraction to this villa. It has a pool light on a timer, so once you have dined, if you simply want to relax and chilling in the warm summers evening, over looking your own private pool then you have a sofa area on which to do so.

This truly is a beautiful villa in a peaceful well sought after area, close to a good local bar / restaurant and mini market with fresh bread in the morning.

The owners enjoy using the villa themselves and it is perfectly maintained. It has been painted inside and out for 2017.

The nearby coastal resorts of Denia & Javea can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes by car and there is also so much to see in other small Spanish towns.

The local villages of Pedreguer, La Xara and Gata de Gorgos also have bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The coastal resort of Denia is reached again in around 10 minutes. The main tree lined pedestrian street of Marques del Campo in my opinion rivals the Shambles in Barcelona. It is smaller but far less commercialized. It has a wide selection of shops, bars and some great restaurants where you can dine al fresco style while people watching.

El Marina de Denia is a great place to visit again there are some great restaurants, and not at all as expensive as you might think, for such a fabulous marina. Here you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple or a beautiful meal over looking some fantastic yachts bobbing around on the med.

The cosmopolitan resorts of Javea with its selection of sandy and pebble beaches are easily accessible (within 15 minutes by car) and there are so many restaurants to enjoy as well as some very stylish shops to browse around. The Arenal beach is very popular with families.

This is a truly beautiful area to visit, there is so much to see and to do and it is such a relaxed atmosphere and very family friendly.

If you want a beautiful villa where you can relax and enjoy a fabulous family or romantic holiday in a peaceful location, then this is perfect for you. Don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself, you wont regret it.

My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

This villa was perfect for our weeks break, it was quiet and had all we needed. On arrival we found a welcome pack or beer, wine, Sprite, water etc.. Which was welcomed. The villa is located on a bit estate with a restaurant nearby (we only went once and found the food average), there is a small convenience store and a pharmacy also within a few minutes walk. The pool was a welcome refreshment in the heat, plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ all to use. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need from pots and pans to salt and pepper. There are pool towel available for you to use which helps save the weight in the luggage of taking them out with you. You will need a car if you stay here as the nearest town of Denia is a good 15 minute drive, apart from the one restaurant on the complex there is little else nearby. There are some great restruants in Denia so it is worth exploring

The beautiful 8m x 4m private pool has ample terracing and outside lighting for those all important evenings dining al fresco, the Roman steps mean its easy to get in and out of the pool. There is a pool light to allow guests to enjoy the pool into the evening. 6 comfortable loungers are provided for that all important relaxation. The purpose built BBQ is great for al fresco dining and is enjoyed by all who stay here.

A Little Gem

A nice surprise when we arrived was a mini welcome pack with water, tea,coffee, sugar, milk and some beer and wine! All equipment and services worked. The villa was very clean and comfortable, the linen and towels were also changed mid stay. Also there are beach/pool towels you can borrow (could save on luggage space and weight) The outside space was perfect for us, plenty of seating, sun loungers and shade if required from the sun. The pool was lovely to cool down in. No noise pollution from the small commercial centre. You do need a car for this area so that you can visit the nearby resorts like Denia, Moraria or Javea, Valencia is about an hour way. This home is perfect for couples or a family with children. The property is as described and communication with the property company was good. I have stayed in many villas over the years and this one did not disappoint!

The cosmopolitan town of Denia is just 10 minutes away by car with its long sandy beaches and fabulous marinas where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine and a meal while admiring the beautiful yacts bobbing around on the Med... perfect.

The beautiful coastal resort of Javea is just 15 to 20 minutes away by car. It has a beautiful sandy beach with restaurants close by and there are many small coves dotted up the coast line to discover.


The villa is ideally situated between both Alicante and Valencia airports. Just one hour's drive north from Alicante airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes drive south from Valencia airport. Along the AP-7 (E-15) auto piste it couldn't be easier, detailed directions are provided and the keys are in a key safe at the villa. This ensures a stress free arrival if flights are delayed, a real hit with Guests as they have no worries if flights are late.


The traditional Spanish village of Pedreguer is just a couple of minutes away by car. Javea is just 15 minutes by car and Denia is 10 minutes away by car. Moraira is 20 minutes away and the resorts of Clape and Altea are only 30 minutes away by car. Benidorm and its theme parks Terramitica and Aqua parks are just 40 minutes drive away. Alicante is 1 hour away and the city of Valencia is just 1 hour and 10 minutes away, so plenty to see in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca.

There are numerous restaurants in the area to choose from when dining out, either locally or in the mountains of the Jalon Valley or in the local towns of Javea or Denia.

There is an excellent Italian restaurant just a short walk away approx (100m), it is very popular with locals and holidaymakers. It is friendly and reasonably priced. Here you can dine or simply enjoy a drink.

There are all styles of restaurants English, typically Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian a full range of restaurants, covering all pallets and price ranges, from a three course meal with wine from as little as 8.50 euros to a tasty a la carte meal in beautiful settings, the choice is yours. At the entrance to Monte Pedreguer there is an English restaurant with carvery, menu, a bar and they serve a great English breakfast for around 4 euros. There are banks in Pedreguer and local shops and a market on a Saturday in the local town. A large market is held on a Sunday morning with hundreds of stalls from all over.

Both Javea and Denia have many wonderful, small shops with designer labels and beautiful leather shoes can be purchased at great prices. The local Masymas supermarket is just a couple of minutes away by car where you can purchase all you will need for your holiday including freshly baked bread and a fantastic fish counter and winery (many English brands can also be purchased here too),there is a local English butcher and supermarkets too, so if you speak no Spanish, there is no problem. There are large Mercadona supermarkets on the way to Javea and Denia, so plenty of choice.

We, the English owners Michelle and Steve, live close by and visit you soon after you arrive to ensure that the villa is all you expected it to be. We are on hand in case of any problems you may have and we can advice you on where to go and what to see and which restaurants to visit. We feel that a villa holiday should be as relaxing, private and as stress free as possible, but it is nice to know that if there are any problems we are only a phone call away and can help. We ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard and that the cleanliness is perfect every time.
