Perfect!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This was our third summer at Butch and Janet's cottage and again, just perfect! They are just the most wonderful people and we so enjoy seeing them each summer! They have the cottage spotless when we arrive and we try to do our best in matching that when we leave. Everything you would need is provided (except food of course) to make it a comfortable stay. Meals on the deck overlooking the lake just can't be beat and, those sunsets .... not enough words to say just how magical they are! We look forward to seeing them again next in 50 weeks!! Just perfect!

Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

Love this place!! Janet and Butch are awesome hosts and make you feel right at home. The cottage is well kept and includes all that you need for a comfortable stay. It has a sweet screened in porch that overlooks the lake as well as the deck that you can see in the picture. Awesome kitchen with everything. The setting is just perfect! Great beach front, on a dead end road, sunsets to die for, and clean swimming water. My husband is quite happy with the fishing (but I'm not supposed to tell anyone that)!! We hope to return for many years to come!

Cute cottage in a beautiful setting

  • 5 of 5

Our family has vacationed here for a week the past 2 summers and we'll be back again next year! It's a beatiful and relaxing spot on the lake. Our kids stay busy swimming, using the row boat, and fishing! The cottage is very comfortable and Butch and Janet are very responsive and great to deal with.

Enjoyed Enjoyed!

  • 5 of 5

Our weather was rainy and windy but that didn't stop us from having a good time. The men fished when they could and us ladies did what we do best, shopped and went sightseeing. The cottage is well kept and just the right size. Janet and Butch are very friendly and helpful. The pancake mix was the best we'd ever tasted. Thanks again and see you next June. Wilbur and Sharon

Wonderful little cottage, great location!!

  • 5 of 5

I cannot say enough about this place. My husband and I spent a few beautiful fall days here and loved every minute of it.

The cottage could not be any cuter and the location right on the shores of Lake Champlain cannot be beat.

It is immaculate and had absolutely everything we could possible need.

Dealing with Butch and Janet was easy and they responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner. They are super sweet people, too.

We have rented several properties through VRBO with good success, but this was by far our best experience. The cottage far exceeded our expectations.

It felt like home the minute we stepped through the door. We would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

We're Coming Back!

  • 5 of 5

Butch and Janet are a delightful couple who have a wonderful little cottage with fantastic views in a simply gorgeous part of Vermont.

The cottage itself is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We had campfires on the beach and picnics on the deck. Our dogs loved the water as well as the lovely park just a few houses away on the quiet dead-end road. We highly recommend - and plan to come back!
