About this property

This home is located on the East Central End of the island. It features 4 bedrooms/ 4 Bathrooms. It has a large kitchen with an open living room. Both Master bedrooms and living room have beautiful views to the beach. You will love the large kitchen with the open floor plan. Tile through out the home. The living room opens to a large covered back porch with plenty of chairs to relax and watch the kids play on the beach or in the pool. The pool has a water fall feature with a mural mermaid and fish in the pool. The pool has a pergola for those who love the shade. The pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September and October. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. The waterfall feature and pool heater may of may not work at the same time. Sorry, No Smoking!, No Pets! Smart Tv's are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Internet is provided. Cable TV is no longer provided. You will need your own streaming account.

Perfect house, perfect location

We stayed in Polka Dot Bikini and loved everything about it! Well-appointed and furnished and obviously well cared for. Definitely recommend this property!

2023 beach trip

Overall the house was perfect and the property manager was an amazing helps especially considering we had to deal with an evacuation due to the hurricane. Loved the very open floor plan as well as the two king bedrooms with bathrooms attached. We always look for a pool and this was one of the biggest we have had on the beach and the nicest. If I could improve anything I would ask for better cooking gear such as pots, pans and cutlery fore families like us that cook as opposed o going out nightly. And even though there has obviously been a focus on safety about the home I would add non skid strips between pool gate and stairs on the concrete as well as from outside shower to pool and deck stairs due to how slippery it gets. But overall it a 15 out of 10 and I would definitely rent again.

This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. The house is incredible and location is great. Loved every minute and hope to come back!

If you want to truly to getaway and relax this is the place to do it. The accommodations are always incredible, the owners are the best and always stand by what they say they provide and beyond. And no matter what your questions are they are always great and considerate to answer so your vacation goes over great! The location transports you into a state of complete calm. We've been renting here for year's and never disappointed!
