The apartment is in a bourgeois building with eight floors, facing the Canto Harbour.
The apartment (95 m²) is located on the 5th floor (with lift) and overlooks the Canto Harbour (kitchen side).
Private parking, secured, 2 minutes away by foot from the apartment.
All the amenities are within an easy reach: a 'Casino' mini market (downstairs the building for food and other), the beach (5 min walk), Festival Palace, all the restaurants, Rue d'Antibes (with its luxury shops), all 10 minutes by foot.

-1 large living room, dining room with a white leather sofa bed, 1 rustic table for six people with 2 extensions, 1 flat screen TV, 1 Hi-Fi stereo system, DVD player, Internet wireless access.

One bedroom with 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV suspended on the wall, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 other bathroom, 1 separate toilet.

You also have a foldaway table and 4 chairs at your disposal that you can put on the balcony to have your breakfast or drink an appetizer.

We had a lovely stay here over Easter! 2 couples and a baby and lots of room in the apartment, it’s modern and very well equipped. Baby cot, high chair, hairdryer, lots of utensils for cooking! Thank you for letting us stay! Although we had problems with water out of the owners control, she was brilliant at staying in touch!
Our family of 4 adults had the privilege to stay in this stunning apartment during Christmas 2014.
The apartment is newly renovated and very spacious and nice with 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped and with a great view of the harbor. Welcome pack of coffee, tea and spices was nice.
The large living room has a large dining table and TV with many channels and a nice view of Cannes and the mountains.
It is close to the Croisette and the main shopping streets, well-stocked grocery stores are close.
Having access to a locked parking was very good, it can be difficult to park your car on the streets so central.
The fact that we got very good service with both email and when we arrived was very much appreciated.
During the nearly 20 years we have rented apartments in Europe, this is one of the top three.
We will gladly be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Sylvie was very responsive to our emails. There were five of us including a child. The property is conveniently located close to the beach. Very spacious property and very well maintained. For those who care, there is no air conditioning in the apartment but that did not bother us at all. The weather was extremely pleasant and the convenience of the apartment itself made up for it. There is a small grocery store and a pizza place right across. Highly recommended !!!
Nous avons passer un superbe séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, idéal pour nous qui avons 4 enfants, toutes commodités à proximité, aucun soucis pour se garer (rare en vacances et surtout à Cannes) Mme BARRERE a pensé a tout. Vue sublime de la coursive sur le port Canto.
Nous recommandons cette location et comptons bien y revenir.

Superbe appartement, spacieux, idéalement situé et très bien équipé. Un accueil chaleureux, des échanges tout aussi agréables avec la propriétaire, un endroit où l'on se sent à la fois accueilli et chez soi. C'était tellement bien que je réserve déjà pour l'an prochain !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très calme et parfaitement situé. L'appartement est bien aménagé, nous ne manquions de rien. De plus la vue est splendide au couché de soleil.
Je le conseillerais vivement à des amis. Merci encore.
