The unit comfortably fits four people and is in a great area! Towels, coffee and filtered water are provided along with laundry detergent.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet and has nearby panoramic ocean and city views. The public transit system is convenient. Car rental companies, taxis and airport shuttles all service the area.
Guests are afforded their privacy but we will be there to greet you and bid you farewell. We can be reached 24/7! We also speak Spanish. Please no smoking, no parties and only registered guests are permitted on the premises. It's our goal to provide our guests with a quiet, clean and restful experience.

This property is clean, quiet and close to many attractions, restaurants and shops.
I originally had this home built in 1989. I love this property for the cool breezes that blow through the open windows and the large backyard.
This home was way more than we expected. Very clean, very safe, and very comfortable. We were provided with so much that we weren't counting on. And the owner and her daughter were great and helpful. Definitely staying here in my next trip.

I love the place very comfy beds and it has everything you need, and is close to everything disney and Hollywood and of course the beach.
We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean, with all of the amenities that go along with a well-kept unit. I am disabled, so I appreciated that the unit is wheelchair accessible, even though we were able to park close enough to the front door that I didn't have to use my power chair - I was able to use my canes to get into the unit.
The only problem I had was getting into the bed in the master bedroom - the mattress has to be at least 12" high, and that doesn't include the boxspring. I usually needed help getting into and out of the bed. So beware that that is a HIGH bed. Also, there are no TV's in the bedrooms, so you may have to bring your own portable DVD player if you want to watch any movies. The TV in the front room was basically unwatchable....it kept pixelating and buffering. Plus there is no cable; fortunately my daughter brought her laptop and we were able to hook it up so that we could watch it. Except for those issues, we had no problems. The unit upstairs have a couple of dogs that we heard bark one time. Rachel let us know about the dogs, so we were prepared to have them being noisy and yappy....THEY WEREN'T. So having the dogs above us proved to be no problem. We would have no problem staying there again.
Close enough to plan a 'day-cation' to Santa Catalina Island, the mountains, Los Angeles, Orange County and much more!
