The unit comfortably fits four people and is in a great area! Towels, coffee and filtered water are provided along with laundry detergent.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet and has nearby panoramic ocean and city views. The public transit system is convenient. Car rental companies, taxis and airport shuttles all service the area.
Guests are afforded their privacy but we will be there to greet you and bid you farewell. We can be reached 24/7! We also speak Spanish. This property is clean, quiet and close to many attractions, restaurants and shops.
I originally had this home built in 1989. I love this property for the cool breezes that blow through the open windows and the large backyard.
We had a great stay at this apartment over the weekend. Rachel was very accommodating and even let us drop our luggage off before the check in time. The two rooms are spacious and the linens are clean. The kitchen was stocked with little things you might need during your stay (coffee, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.) The laundry machines worked well and were very helpful as I had been on the road for a while. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the south bay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything that you can possibly need is available to you, including washer and dryer for you to do laundry before flying out. The location made it easy to get to the beaches, Spring Street and other attractions in Long Beach and is about 25 minutes to Anaheim (early morning commute). I highly recommend this place if you have a few guests.
Patricia was extremely responsive (within an hour) when we booked the property. Rachel (onsite manager) was also extremely responsive to every question and comment we had. Rachel is our friend now we hit it off so well! Great location, large and updated unit (bigger than our own home), very quiet neighborhood. Wonderful to have laundry in the unit as well. Close to Seal Beach and Long Beach. Only 2 blocks from PCH. LA traffic is always bad but you should know that when you visit.
Easy parking and very close by on the street. Clean! Everything we needed was provided. Just one thing seemed to be missing. A recliner would've been nice for our old tired feet. We enjoyed Rachel!
The owner and her daughter are lovely to work with and the place is perfect for 2-3 people to stay. They thought of all the needed amenities and extras. The downside is the bed is rock solid and the neighbor and their dog will keep you up.
Loved the space; it is a great 2 bedroom apartment.

Close enough to plan a 'day-cation' to Santa Catalina Island, the mountains, Los Angeles, Orange County and much more!
