Newly remodeled and fully furnished unit only minutes to the beach, airport and freeways; close to amusement parks. The unit is ADA compliant and includes a washer/ dryer, two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, two balconies and an enclosed, beautiful yard! The unit comfortably fits four people and is in a great area! Towels, coffee and filtered water are provided along with laundry detergent.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and has nearby panoramic ocean and city views. The public transit system is convenient. Car rental companies, taxis and airport shuttles all service the area.

Guests are afforded their privacy but we will be there to greet you and bid you farewell. We can be reached 24/7! We also speak Spanish. Please no smoking, no parties and only registered guests are permitted on the premises. It's our goal to provide our guests with a quiet, clean and restful experience.

Awesome SoCal travel experience!

Staying at the apartment in Signal Hill was wonderful! It was exactly as depicted on the website, with balconies on both front and back of the unit. The living and dining rooms were large and spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, and wonderfully comfy bedrooms. All was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and linens. The host was so hospitable and thoughtful during our stay. The location was a short ride to Cal State Long Beach where my son graduated on May 23. This was truly a home away from home as Rachel and Mrs. Bettencourt provided everything we needed for a fun filled travel experience!

Cozy

Rachael greater us when we first came. She showed us around and was very helpful and friendly. We slept in comfortable beds and had laundry facilities in our place. We would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, well-stocked large place to stay

The title of this review says it all. Rachel (who lives upstairs) and her mom who rent out the condo do a great job overall. I have stayed here before and hope to stay here again! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, etc. - you just need to bring food (unlike other places with kitchens I've stayed at that have practically nothing to cook or even eat with). The overall size of the 2 br 2 bath is impressive. Everything is clean and well presented. The previous renters apparently left a mess and Rachel was diligent to ensure that it was brought back to its pristine state for me - and she was totally successful. It was immaculate and a very easy place to return to after a day of fun. HIGHLY recommended!
