Located in a well-maintained complex, this well-equipped comfortable holiday home offers plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

Located in Pernera, a suburb of Protaras, this holiday home offers two local beaches (the closest is 800 meters walking distance from the villa). The local area hosts local restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more.

Outside La Vita Villa #2 offers plenty of space, outdoor furnishings, covered seating, BBQ and off-road parking. Τhe outdoor veranda has railings that block access to the pool so you can keep small children away from the pool.

Inside offers spacious living throughout. The kitchen benefits from a wide range of electrical appliances, marble work surfaces and generous storage space. The dining area has a dining table, complete with 6 chairs. The open plan living area offers a generous corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels, FREE WIFI (access throughout the property). Guests are able to access the private garden area via the sliding doors in the living room. The downstairs is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to a shared downstairs shower room.

Heading upstairs you'll find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first master bedroom offers a double bed, bed side tables, shared veranda (which overlooks the swimming pool), black-out blinds, air-conditioning, En-Suite shower room.
The second bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, black-out blinds ample wardrobe space, air-conditioning. Lastly the third bedroom offers two single beds, bedside tables, ample wardrobe space and air-conditioning.

A real gem of place

The pool and the amount of shade you could have it was so hot 🥵 lots of cupboard space for all the clothes I didn’t need 🤦🏻‍♀️ Shops a short walk away bars restaurants a cab ride away to main town 10 euros . Helpful staff I had a few requests prior and all were delivered x That I had to leave x

Honeymoon at La Vita Villas ❤️

Fabulous villa. Great location nice and quiet, but just a short walk to the local bars and only 15 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay again. We had a fantastic honeymoon. Thanks Finding it in the dark on arrival. Tell your taxi it's on Orestiada A Complex xx

La Vita Villa #2

Spacious property in a good location. Plenty of storage in all 3 bed rooms, with efficient air conditioning units. Good size kitchen with decent fridge freezer. sofa in the living room are too low and soft. Unfortunately when we arrived the sofa covers in the living room were very dirty, and the down stairs shower wasn't working. However after e-mail the management company, they responded very quickly and sorted out the problems raised. Overall I'd say this is a good property, some of the furnishings are little bit tired, the management company were excellent at responding quickly to the issues raised. would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the dirty sofa covers and broken shower found on arrival, therefore 3 stars awarded.
