In co-property housed in the old farms of the castle of St. amé. beautiful house of 76m2 fully equipped, for rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday)

perfectly located on the peninsula of St Tropez, 5 minutes from the Place des Lices and Pampelonne beaches.

Garden, gd terrace 2chbrs 1 (1 bed 160) 2 (2 beds 80), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen. price depending on the week.

Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 2 bathrooms, tv and air conditioning in every room.

Very quiet with large terrace and garden, surrounded by vineyards and pine trees. Pets allowed. Balcony sea view.

2 parking spaces are reserved for the house.

Private and safe parking.

The position of the house is ideal for getting to the center of Saint Tropez (2km) and the beaches of Pampelonne (1km) by avoiding traffic jams.

We can go to the Pampelonne beaches by bicycle or on foot from the house.

Also easy access to the beaches of St. Tropez.

A great place to stay away from the noise of town.....

The property was very nice. It was clean, quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside. The house was well equipped, had a large shaded sitting out area in the garden. The WiFi worked well. The house had air conditioning. The area around the property and the car parking was well lit at night. The listing was accurate apart from the location. The property is no where near the location indicated on the map on the HomeAway website and was quite remote. It was not possible to walk to into town or anywhere else from the property due to distance, rough roads with no footpath and no street lighting. This may be a problem for some visitors. It was not a problem for us as we used our car to get to St. Tropez and to the Supermarket at Cogolin. It was a short drive to Plage Tahiti, Plage des Salins and the beaches at Pamplolone. The restaurants in St. Tropez provided a very good standard of food. We ate in Le Sardine twice. The Bar Du Soliel at Tahiti Beach does a fantastic lunch. The property provided a relaxing haven for our holiday in St. Tropez and we were very pleased with the accommodation provided. The owner phoned us during the week to check that we were happy which was very nice. Apart from parking in St. Tropez town centre there was nothing to dislike. I would recommend this property if you want a nice relaxing holiday.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min am Strand. In die Stadt kommt man such gut. Das Haus ist klimatisiert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut.

Il posto e' in posizione strategica fra le spiagge e la "movida" di St. Tropez.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

- gute Lage zwischen Stränden und St Tropez

- man kommt auf direktem Weg (2,5 km) zur Parkgarage Place de Lice - ohne Stau wichtig an Markttagen !

- wenn man den Schleichweg findet Ca. 25 min zu Fuß zum Strand Pampelone

Wir hatten tolle Ferien und kommen gerne wieder.
