Nice Stay in Naples

This three-bedroom house was clean and well-kept and offered a pool and lanai with a nice view of the canal behind it. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were bikes in good condition. The house was near a paved biking trail and not far from a small shopping center which had a Publix supermarket and an excellent Mexican restaurant called the Tacos & Tequila Cantina (in Kings Lake Square on Davis Blvd.) The only downside was the weather as it rained 5 of the 6 days we were there, but luckily there were three TVs in the house (living room, master, and guest).

One problem we encountered was the TV in the living room could only get one channel, the Cartoon Network, for some reason. I did call the property management number and some people came out the next day and it seemed to get fixed, but the problem soon returned. On their second visit they found the TV had not been hooked up correctly, as it appeared a previous renter might have configured it to play video games and did not restore the TV to its original settings.

Another issue was there was supposed to be a numerical code to be used to gain access to the fitness and recreation centers for the area. When I tried to visit the building, I saw codes were no longer used and you had to have an electronic key fob to get in. I contacted the property management and they eventually got a key fob, but it came with one day left on our visit. I would recommend the property mangers ensure all TVs are working properly and they keep up with changes to the clubhouse.

Other than those minor problems, the house was quite enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the Naples area.

Beautiful Holiday Location

This property is conveniently located approx 10 min drive from 5th Ave & Naples Pier. The house is in a non gated community and very quiet location. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The house looks exactly as portrayed in the photos. There is one large master bedroom with WC and 2 medium sized bedrooms. The pool lanai is of a good size and we used the area daily. However, when we arrived at the house the pool was not at the correct temperature. We contacted the rental company and it was swiftly corrected. The garage contained beach equipment - chairs & umbrellas etc, They were so useful when we went for our trips to the beach. There were 4 bikes available for use which we used almost daily. We were able to cycle to Publix - local supermarket (8-10 mins cycle) 3 mins by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely return.

Une très belle maison.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. Elle est très bien située dans un quartier calme et beau.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire les courses tout près.

Les jolies plages de Naples ainsi que le centre de Old Naples ne sont pas loin non plus ce qui est fort agréable.

Nous nous réjouissons de revenir.

Perfect fit!

The house was perfect for my husband and me . Very clean, comfortable and completely equipped for any of our needs. The pool and lanai were lovely in a very nice residential neighborhood. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach where parking was always available and did not hinder our daily walk. Grocery store was just down the street and downtown Naples was just 5 miles away where everything is available for your culinary delight. The renting experience was flawless and very accommodating. We definitely will come back.

Very nice house.

Although the weather was not great, this home was very nice. It was clean and well stocked with all the necessities we needed. The pool was beautiful and the screened lanai was very nice, even though the weather was too cold for us to enjoy either. Since we spent a lot of time inside we did notice that the furniture was not terribly comfortable (although very clean and nice looking) and the placement of furniture was not ideal. The very large TV could only be seen from one sofa.

We've been to Naples several times so are familiar with the area and the traffic. This location worked well for us, even though it was not as close to the beaches as we would have liked. It was nice to be able to walk to the community trail for our daily exercise. We did not use the bikes, but they are a nice addition. There are beach chairs, pool toys and plenty of towels. This is a very nice place for a family.

There was a 2.5 week delay, an email to Home Away and a voice mail to the manager before my security deposit was returned.

For future tenants we would like to clarify that the damage deposit refund was initiated within 10 business days well ahead of the 60-day period agreed upon in our mutual lease agreement. A period of the contractual length is necessary to allow review of excess cleaning bills, utility invoices and pay-per-view cable orders to drop at fixed dates within each month. Peaceful, convenient location

We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Home was clean and as presented in the photos. Pool area is very nice! The home would accommodate 6 people comfortably.
