457 Golf Shore is a one-story, attached cottage has great views of the 10th and 18th fairways of the Ocean Winds Golf Course, plus a small lagoon in the distance. With two bedrooms and two baths, it can accommodate up to six guests. Features include easy entry with just four steps into the living areas, modern tile flooring and carpeting in the bedrooms, a lovely glassed porch, wireless internet, plus Comcast HD/Xfinity television service.
The living area has a sleeper sofa, a 55-inch TV, DVD player and HD cable service. The dining room offers seating for 6 and is open to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sunroom offers additional living space.
The master suite is a relaxing retreat with a king bed and a TV with DVD. The master suite also offers access to the sunroom. The master bath has a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and DVD player and shares access to hall bath with a stall shower.
Each Golf Shore Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. The wireless internet service requires a login and password. Please contact the front desk about the login information. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.
The Lake House at Seabrook, offered by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, gives guests access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes and library. Guests have access to these amenities for additional usage charges. The outdoor pool at the Lake House is available free of charge for all Seabrook guests. To access these facilities, a Lake House Amenity Card is required, and additional fees may apply based on the activity you choose to use.
The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club for tennis, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. To access these facilities a Club Amenity Card is required. Each property is individually owned and therefore each property has different levels of access to the Club facilities.
457 Golf Shore has 'Full' Club access, which means that rental guests may pick up Amenity Access cards from the Amenity Office at no additional cost. Usage fees for some amenities and a card deposit will apply.
From the moment we arrived at 457 Golf Shore we felt 'at home'. The condo was clean and maintained beautifully with all rooms tastefully decorated. The windowed Sunroom is the perfect setting for morning breakfast/coffee with views of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of cooking utensils, as well as dishes and glassware. The Wyndham Management staff were available should any assistance be needed, but given their 'attention to detail' (customer service) prior to our stay, we encountered no difficulties. I would not hesitate to book the unit for our next visit to Seabrook and Charleston! More importantly I would recommend the Seabrook property to friends and family alike. Activities abound, besides the historical tours of Charleston, and restaurants are plentiful. The property rates 5 stars in all aspects. Our visit was mid-October. Richard and Martha Morris
This was our third visit to Seabrook and we had a wonderful time. This house was perfect for the four of us (My wife, 12 and 14 year old boys, and myself). Plenty of space for sll of us and wonderful for entertaining friends who were also in town. This house is in great shape, nicely deorated and spacious. The only thing i missed was not being a bit closer to the beach, but we knew where it was located. it does back up to the golf course, which is beautiful. Besides enjoying all that Seabrook has to offer, we visited Charleston and Middleton Plantation for day trips, and stpped by the Firefly distillery which was fun. We had a great dinner at The Tattooed Moose in John's Island, great comfort food and beer list. Lots to see and do on and around Seabrook Island! Highly recommed this house. Thank you!
My husband & I have visited Seabrook Island a lot over the years with & without family but on this trip we wanted a "special" place to celebrate our 48th anniversary. The villa appeared to have everything we look for in a rental plus the location being at the end of a cul-de-sac and making that more attractive by being on the quiet side.
The villa was spacious with an adorable sunroom overlooking the golf course. We found the villa attractively decorated & the king bed was firm & comfortable.
There were several issues we encountered while spending a week in this villa:
1. The green sofa in the living room had lost its support, therefore, was sagging in the back and making it very uncomfortable watching TV at anytime. We tried flipping the cushions over daily BUT that didn't help.
Several days our backs & necks were either sore from sitting on the sofa & from looking upward to watch the TV mounted high on the wall.
2. The sinks in both bathrooms were stopped up & even when washing your face each day it took forever to drain.
3. We could never get the TV or DVD in the master bedroom to work. We always wish villa owners would leave instruction sheets for their equipment to make it easier to operate for visitors.
4. There were ample supplies in the kitchen of pots & pans, silverware and in fact 3 sets of dishes BUT we were celebrating our anniversary here and had to go out & buy a wine opener to celebrate.
5. We had to struggle with some of the blinds in the sunroom each day. Some were hard to reach and we had to move some furniture in order to raise or lower them at night.
We found the villa to have easy access to the beach, pools, Bohicket Marina Villa, Freshfields Shops & Market and other than these main concerns we were able to do some sightseeing and celebrate our 48th anniversary at Circa 1886 Restaurant which is adjacent to the Wentworth Mansion in Charleston.
