Dove farm barns are located in the old picturesque village of Carverswall. All cottages have three bedrooms, one with en-suite and a master bathroom serving the other two bedrooms, set out as two double rooms and a twin room. Each cottage will accommodate up to 8 people, With a double sofa bed at an extra cost for the two extra guests. In Caverswall square you can regularly see the peacock roaming around. There is a local pub called the Red House where they sell local ale and food. In Caverswall itself they have there own castle which is worth a look at.

Beautiful cottage so tastefully decorated
The cottages were beautiful. The kitchen very well equipped. Set in a lovely village, very quiet but close to main routes.
Felt very at home and comfortable and would definitely visit again
Host extremely helpful
Excellent very high spec accommodation in a fantastic setting.
Beautiful accommodation in a lovely Rural location. No problems at all. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff looking after the accommodation. I would definitely return.
The barn on first impression was beautiful. However this is in a court yard with several other properties and there is no privacy. The old couple who sold the land facing the barns, are out moaning all the time. The heating in the barn, even when turned down was too hot and like a sauna. If you open the windows you hear the church bells all night as the barn backs onto the church. No restful sleep at all. There is limited resources in the kitchen so if you like cooking be aware that you can bearly do the basis. Other places we have stayed are great at providing a few tabs for dishwasher, but not here, you have to bring or buy everything. We didn't get our deposit back because my son spilt some tea on the bed. The owner stating we had urinated in the bed.. Appalling customer services, when we made every effort to clean up. Sadly our car broke down on site and the AA came to our rescue. There was some oil leakage and AA put sand over this for health and safety. We told the owner, as the barn didn't have a broom to sweep up, they didn't question this until a week later when our deposit wasn't refunded. The owner also said to us 'when we have weddings here, the mess they make is appauling' .., so wedding parties and families don't book here if you think your'll get a deposit refund because you won't. From this review, I fully expect the response from this review will be scathing, a clear demonstration of thier attitude. My recommendation is DONT BOOK.
Fabulous cottages, well appointed and set around lovely sunny courtyard
This was a great central base for us all to meet. Beautifully converted, the barns ticked all the boxes.
