This fantastic family beach house has all the amenities to enjoy a great holiday. Comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room with elegant furniture. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single 105CM beds and an en-suite walk-in shower. Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a fantastic bathroom, double basins and a walk-in shower (three-piece). The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size bed (180x200CM) and a breathtaking seaview. The property is also equipped with an automated dehumidifier system that filters the air and regulates ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has comfortable sofas with and the TV provides IPTV streaming channels (English, French, Spanish etc). There is a covered indoor terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with several sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and this beach is sandy with pebbles and practically private. About 100 meters from the property is the large communal pool. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and there is a bus stop right in front of this community on the road. This property is highly recommended and you will hear no traffic whatsoever.

Wake up to the sound of the sea !

This villa is located on the beach and the large sliding doors in lounge open to give great sea views. Beach is wrongly described as sandy but there are lots of stones and boulders just inside the water. Not a beach suitable for young children to play on. The villa itself is large and easily accomodated the 4 of us. All you need for kitchen equipment is supplied. There has obviously been a flood at some point as the sofas have large water damage stains up the sides. The large upstairs bedroom has a super king comfy bed but sheets supplied aren't big enough to fit properly and all but one of the curtains are missing which doesn't cover the very large window looking out onto beach, meaning the shutters have to be put down when changing or in bed. This room gives wonderful morning views. Outside space is great with plenty of sun loungers and large dining table but there's only one white plastic chair. Air conditioning is only in lounge and upstairs bedroom and we weren't told about the need to empty a large plastic box outside where water flows into, we only realised when it overflowed. There is a very large upstairs bathroom but strangely this only has a small corner shower cubicle when ideally something bigger would be nice. Overall the house is nice but I feel in need of some updating and attention. You are paying a price for the location and view. If looking for peace and quiet and the sound of the sea this is the ideal place and within a short drive of all you need.

Nice, but far away from everything.

It was a nice house. But it was to far from everything. You need a car even to do the grosery. There is NO stores or places to buy just a icecream.

You are correct about the necessity for a car in this location and we do remind other travelers that it is important, as mentioned in the description, to have a car. Other facilities are nearby, but all a short drive from the property. We do hope you enjoyed your stay despite having to use your car.

Belle maison bien placée très belle vue

Cette maison est très bien placée géographiquement ,elle a une très belle vue ,le quartier est très calme la seule chose qui nous a dérangé c'est qu'elle est très humide l'été c'est surportable car tout est ouvert mais dés que l'on ferme tout ça sent très fort l'humiditè c'est dommage surtout qu'il suffirait juste d'une bonne vmc.

Owner's Response: Merci de votre avis et de votre temps. Malheureusement, pendant les inondations en décembre 2016, cette maison a été endommagée. Nous avons tout rectifié, mais l'odeur est plus difficile. Nous pensons que au cours des prochains mois, l'odeur disparaîtra complètement. J'espère que l'emplacement et la tranquillité de la maison étaient agréables et que l'odeur n'était qu'un petit problème. Thank you for your opinion and your time. Unfortunately, during the floods in December 2016, this house damaged. We have rectified everything but the smell is more difficult. We think that during the next months, the smell will disappear completely. I hope the location and the tranquility of the house were enjoyable and the smell was just a small problem.

5m from the beach and just 5min to Estepona port. Between Estepona and Casares on the beach close to Estepona Golf and about 5KM west of Estepona town. Conveniently located on the N340 coastal road which runs along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. You have several supermarkets within a five minute drive (LIDL / Mercadona / Aldi) You could visit the Costa de Luz and do some water sports at one hour away, beautiful white beaches await you or shop till you drop in the best shops of Marbella. Various markets available on Wednesdays and Saturdays or the Sunday market in Sabinillas. Several Chiringuitos (beach bars) are located nearby and serve drinks and food all day during the summer.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later.
