Within an easy walk to the beach, this non-smoking home features multiple decks, a wet bar, and a whirlpool bathtub. With five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, this home accommodates up to twelve guests.(the garage and fireplace are not available for guests.) Guest have access to wireless internet. Square Feet: 3500

GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor of this home has a den with a wet bar and access to the first two bedrooms. A bedroom with a queen bed shares a full hall bath with another bedroom furnished with two twin beds.

FIRST FLOOR: The entryway and main living areas of this home are floored with lovely terra cotta tiles. To the right of the front door is the den. This cozy room is lined with built-in bookshelves and stocked with books. Furnishings include a leather club chair and sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen TV with expanded tier cable and HBO, and a DVD player. Wood floors complete the library. The main living area is furnished with casual wicker furniture. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered deck. An island fireplace divides the living area from the dining room, which can accommodate six guests at the table. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar island which can seat up to three guests. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered deck, which has a dining table for six. A first-floor bedroom furnished with a queen bed which has sliding glass doors leading out to the deck furnished with rocking chairs. This bedroom shares a full hall bath with a room equipped with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own half-bath which can be separate from the full bathroom, with a shower and tub combo in the middle.

SECOND FLOOR: The entire second floor is the master suite. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The private deck offers glimpses of the ocean between the homes on Palm Boulevard, and has some chairs for enjoying the view. The large private bath includes his and hers vanities and a separate bathing area complete with a whirlpool tub and separate stall shower, and a water closet.

Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service.The wireless service requires a login and password. Needs a lot of updates and DEEP DEEP cleaning!

The location of the place was great, right at a crosswalk to go to the beach. The house was also spacious, large kitchen and could accommodate us all. From the outside, the property looks great and the porch is also lovely (even if its not screened it). The living area was big enough for us all so was the kitchen (8 adults and 1 child). Unfortunately, this is it for the positive aspect of this rental. As soon as we walked in there was a strange smell in the house (not clean - seemed to be closed for too long), not to mention the lower floor the whole time we couldn't get the smell out of the place, the floors were definitely dirty same as the microwave, some of the kitchenware and the majority of the closet ( a lot of junk in the closets). There is not enough space at the table for more than 8 people inside and no more than 6 outside; so Im not sure how 12 people can stay at this location and eat all together. There was no grill available to be used. Overall the whole place needs some upgrades to be done and a DEEP DEEP cleaning!!! I don’t think that a simple TLC would be enough.

Great stay!

Our family celebrated our Christmas over New Year's weekend here. It was easily within walking distance to the beach for fun and games even for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. The house was well equipped and spacious enough for our family & grands. We would definitely recommend this home.

3702 Cameron Boulevard - Beach House Rental

Very nice. Had all the conveniences we required. Must have the biggest Air Conditioners on the island; even at hot outside temperatures there was no problem keeping the entire house at comfortable temperatures. If you have to have a lot of TVs then you might want to bring some iPads:) We didn't want to spend a lot of time in front of TVs so it was not a problem for us. Very convenient to the beach; one block from main road which you cross to walk to the beach. Also, the road crossing point happens to be at an official crosswalk which makes it safer when you have a bunch of kids. If you are looking for a beast mater bed room, this is the house for you.
