About Sue Pinnick
We bought this house in 2014 and spent a year renovating it. We are both teachers and keen cyclists. We have 2 dogs and love living here with all the fantastic walks nearby.

Why Sue Pinnick chose Brighton
This is our dream house! There is so much history but it is comfortable and cosy. The village is so peaceful, yet really convenient for Brighton.
What makes this Cottage unique
The garden is south facing so is a real suntrap. The views of the Downs are amazing. The village is really quiet (but the pub is lively!).

Das romantische Haus von Sue und Mike kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, und so konnten wir dort eine schöne Zeit verbringen.
We are located in the middle of the South Downs National Park. You can walk the South Downs Way (100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne). You must visit Lewes with its beautiful castle and cobbled streets; Brighton with the beach , the Royal Pavilion and the Lanes; the white cliffs of Seven Sisters near Eastbourne; the vineyards in Ditchling; the castle at Arundel.
