At the first floor of beautiful 19th century building, you will stay in the quiet part of one of those nice typical typical streets of Paris where a daily outdoor market takes place.
The flat comprises one hall, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, washing machine, traditional + micor wave oven, fridge with freezer), a very nice bathroom. You will sleep in a very comfortable 160cm bed. There is also an alcove with a two-person bed.
The place was as pictured. But smaller than it looks. Several things were breaking down including the handle to the upper loft, the dish washer didn't t clean the dishes, and a couple of other small items that Christophe fixed immediately.
The studio is perfect for seeing Paris. It is exactly as described. The Poncelet market was steps away and offered the freshest meats, fruits and vegetables. The kitchen offered everything necessary to cook a meal, wifi was great and the bed was oh so comfy. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris.
My husband, myself and our daughter rented the apartment for 16 nights. It is perfectly situated for exploring Paris and we had a great time.
This apartment is everything that is promised – and more. It is situated on the first floor of beautiful building, in a very good area. In my mind this is what I visualized as a typical street in Paris. There is a daily outdoor market with fresh fruit and vegetables, bakeries, fish and cheese. There are two supermarkets in the same street – conveniently open till late – as well as several restaurants within walking distance. It is situated close to famous sights including the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees – literally 10 minutes walk away with a child. The Ternes metro station is only one block away.
As advertised this apartment is very well equipped and was evidently recently renovated. It is very neat and tidy – everything extremely functional and chosen for its purpose. We made use of the fold away bed in the main room, while our daughter loved the double bed in the alcove – making that her living space for the duration of our stay. In my opinion this apartment is suitable for up to two adults and two children. Wifi is available, as well as a wide variety of international satellite channels.
Christophe was very helpful and made sure that we settled in well on the first day. He also dropped by and gave some useful tips about the area – including a shortcut to the metro station.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris, offering good value for money in ideal surrounds. It was just perfect and we will definitely choose this apartment again if we ever have the opportunity to visit Paris in the future.
This gorgeous well appointed apartment is in an ideal location 7 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Etoile metro station. The exit is Rue de Wagram number 4 on the spokes of L'Etoile. (It is 2 minutes from the Ternes Metro serviced only by Line 2). The apartment itself is on a pedestrian street with a busy market, fish, cheese, bakeries, pastries, chocolate, flowers. Inside there is bath with shower, plenty of hot water and 2 shower heads. The kitchen has 4 electric burners, a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee maker and the cupboard is filled with staples left by those who came before. There is a sofa bed in the main room but I slept in the sleeping loft with a porthole window where you can look out to see the market opening up as day breaks. The busy street is completely quiet after 10 PM, perfect for a good nights sleep. The owner Christophe is so so nice, charming, helpful and speaks perfect English. It is an incredible bargain for the area and close to everything. On Saturday evening I walked home from the Niki De Saint Phalle show at the Grand Palais along the Champs EIysees and it was so fabulous: the mimes, the Michael Jackson performance artists, the police vans making arrests. It was a fun filled 45 minute walk back to the peace and quiet of Rue Poncelet. One suggestion is that I stayed by myself and I think it is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.
We stayed here because it was close to our kids and granddaughter home who we had come to visit during our stay. The size was just right for the two of us and we did not feel crowded. The week before we got instructions to gain access and the keys, allowing us leeway in arriving as our timeline suited.
We took the Air France bus from the airport (less than 15e pp each way & ample room for luggage) and it stops right near the Arc de Triomphe - making a short 10 minute walk to the apartment. The next morning we had scheduled to make final payment and Christophe met us right on time.
It seemed that every day we noticed another nice touch the owners had done to make the room more enjoyable. Wifi was fast, morning espresso made for a good start to the day. The markets nearby were handy.
The bus to/from the train station at St Lazare stops just down the road making our transportation simple for a day trip to Giverny.

Vacation Rental 674566 served the two of us perfectly for our one week Paris visit. Nestled away from tourist housing in a working neighborhood, the flavor of french living was a wonderful plus. Daily fresh bread, vegetables, meats from street venders and local shops just added delightfully to the ambiance.
Its location is near the Arc de Triumph and it has easy Metro access. We were no more that 30 minutes from any of sites we visited- Montmartre, Rue Clare, St Germain-des-Pres, the Bastille and many more.
The apartment is small, not recommended for more than two adults, but well kept and very efficient. It is appointed nicely with necessary appliances, furniture and bedding and perfect for crashing after full days of tourist activities.
When we return to Paris, we will certainly check its availability. It was a perfect place for us.
At 5mn walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, the apartment is ideally located to reach any part of Paris as a tourist or for your professional needs (5 metro stations from La Défense). The apartment is at walking distance from the bus stops for the Air France cars coming from Orly or Charles de Gaulle airports.
