About the property

Located just outside the vibrant city of Oxford on a quiet residential close,

I have for rental a modern, tastefully decorated, three bedroom townhouse, situated in a quiet suburban area in the Headington area of Oxford. It will comfortably sleep up to 9 adult guests, however, for groups with several children, this could be increased to a maximum of 11 guests. The property is ideally located, only a short drive or bus ride away from the town centre and with easy access to both the M40 and A34. It is an ideal rental for tourist groups, families visiting students, corporate bookings or just for those who like a bit of extra space where they stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom contains two single beds. There are also two double sofa beds in the lounge area (situated on the first floor), plus an extra sofa bed is available in the study area on the ground floor.

FRESHENING UP

Two of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and there is another family-sized bathroom on the middle floor, all benefiting from complimentary toiletries.

EATING

A recently re-fitted kitchen and dining area on the ground floor allows you to easily cater for all guests with a large extendable table that can comfortably seat you all.

RELAXING

Attached to the kitchen is a conservatory with relaxed seating, leading out to a small walled garden. I’ve had the garden covered over with artificial turf, meaning you can get out there all year round. The lounge on the first floor has two double sofas and a large SMART flat-screen TV, allowing you to watch live or catch-up TV or surf the internet.

Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms.

PARKING

The property has off-road parking for one car and plenty of additional on-road parking.

BEDDING & TOWELS

Bedding & towels are provided and replacement sets will be offered for rentals of 7 days or longer.

CHILDREN

Children are more than welcome. For younger ones, I have two high chairs. I also have two travel cots available, although you will need to provide your own bedding. Please let me know in advance if you require these as they are not stored in the main house.

OUT AND ABOUT

For those of you not familiar with Oxford, there’s plenty to do – from checking out the old university buildings, punting down the river or relaxing in one of the many traditional pubs. Please talk to me about any specific requirements you have and I’ll be more than happy to advise you.

MEETING AND GREETING

Wherever possible, I like to greet my new guests in person to ensure you are happy with everything before you start your stay. On the occasions this is not possible, I am only a phone call or text message away. I really hope you will enjoy your stay in my house.

Ideal location for us and very clean accomodations

Sunny location close to amenities and bus into Oxford - exactly what we were looking for. We experienced a few minor maintenance items but they did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Smart, spacious house

This house felt new and immaculate throughout whilst being very homely too. The owners had even put up lovely Christmas decorations everywhere. The two double bedrooms and twin room were spacious, quiet and comfortable. There were also sofa beds in the sitting room and small ground floor bedroom. The conservatory and small enclosed garden were also very appealing. A six seater taxi with Royal Cars took us into the centre of Oxford for £11.

The house is in showroom condition - absolutely spotless. Very modern light and airy with a large kitchen diner with conservatory attached, and a big lounge upstairs. Plenty of space for people to sit and chat, so ideal for families or a friends' reunion. A few minutes from the number 10 bus stop to Oxford city centre.

Perfect home away from home!!

The house was so beautiful - very artistically and tastefully decorated, super clean, well stocked. Everything was perfect - the beds, mattress (it's super important for a good night sleep), the water pressure, heater, tv, everything! We were traveling to UK from United States and we didn't rent a car there. We took train from London and reached the house early like noon (check in was at 3 pm). Yan was so nice to let us keep our luggage in the house and hang out for a bit and freshen up in the bathroom. She is super nice and very prompt in responding to any question I had. Check out instructions were super easy. Very smooth transaction and very reasonably priced. If I ever go to Oxford, I'll definitely try to rent Yan's house.
