St Christopher’s is a detached bungalow in the vibrant Kentish town of Broadstairs. Boasting a garden and off road parking space, it’s well situated to enjoy all that Broadstairs and Kent has to offer. Broadstairs is a pretty town, which still retains its unspoilt charm, with its narrow streets, flint cottages and interesting shops, and is all beautifully set off by the famous award-winning Viking Bay. Nearby, Ramsgate Harbour, a source of never ending interest, has lots of nice cafes and restaurants to enjoy. There is an array of sandy bays and coves in the nearby area, and a little further afield, quite different coastal areas, the Viking Trail is not one to be missed. Sandwich Bay and Dungeness are a short drive away, or travel from Hythe on the famous miniature railway for the best way to see it. Visit Whitstable, famous for its oysters, Faversham with Britain’s oldest brewery, Shepherd Neame, also Dover, Deal and Walmer Castles, you will be stuck for choice how to spend your days. Enjoy a day trip to France on the ferry from Dover, or by Eurotunnel from Folkesone. Inland, Kent is a stunning county, known as the Garden of England, with orchards, woodlands and rolling scenery. Canterbury is about half an hour’s drive away and is a wonderful city with breathtaking buildings, the famous cathedral and lovely shops. There is a high speed rail connection to London direct from Broadstairs. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
