Great home in Cape Coral

  • 5 of 5

We had an excellent two-week stay in Cape Coral. We had a family of 5 (with kids 8, 6, and 2) and we absolutely loved the pool area. It was perfect for our needs and included a child safety fence, which was a must for the 2 year old. The property was well-stocked and had everything we needed. It had plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. Charlie and Eric were very responsive when we had any questions or needs. We weren't very well-versed in the geographic location so this is just a FYI for those contemplating this unit -- Cape Coral itself is a smaller town that isn't as busy as Fort Myers or Naples. There is absolutely everything you need here with some great restaurants, but it is quieter and doesn't have a great deal of "attractions." There is a neighborhood beach on the river about 10 minutes away. Our kids loved this beach because they could catch some critters and the sand is great --- but the water itself isn't super clear. We were okay with this and it wasn't crowded. We went to Fort Myers Beach once (40 minute drive) but it was SUPER crowded in our opinion. It's worth just one visit. Sanibel and Captiva is an hour away and provides some great quiet, beaches. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent one week in this beautiful home and had everything we needed. We were able to go running every morning right from this home in it's exquisite neighborhood. The house is extremely clean and stylish equipped with every thing we needed. We spent time sitting by the pool in the mornings and evenings noticing how quiet and serene the neighborhood was. It was great talking with the owner Eric whom was very helpful and informative. Charlie, the manager, was there instantly for us when we needed him for anything and was also extremely helpful and polite. We would definitely rent this house again.

Sunshine for a month!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent a month at this property. It was everything we wanted and needed. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to an area with sidewalks. We took a long walk every morning. There were two bikes for guests and my husband used one to take a daily 5 mile bike ride. (Bring a bike helmet). Again, just a short way to get to the bike paths. The layout of the house is very nice. I loved being able to see outside to the pool and patio area while in the kitchen or living area. I worked part time while we were staying there so it was great to be able to use the office/den area. I could keep the work area separate from the vacation area! The decor and furnishings were very nice. Plenty of linens were provided. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed Cape Coral because it was less crowded than some other areas. We did venture out to some nice restaurants and attractions but honestly, it was nice to stay at the house relaxing and reading by the pool.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days! Setting up our stay was very easy and Bridges Properties was very accommodating and helped us through the process. It was very nice and well kept. Felt like a home and not a rental. Property Manager, Charlie, was great, made sure to answer all our questions and also gave us some great suggestions on where to eat. We took advantage of the amazing pool and patio everyday. Home was supplied with everything you could need. I would defiantly stay here again!

We stayed at the property for one week in March. We had a great time at the house! I loved the area, and went running almost every morning. The house has such a great open concept, nicely decorated, great bedrooms with comfortable beds! I loved that the linens were brand new and the house was super clean. The pool was fantastic for my little guys. The weather was awesome while we were there, so they swam their little hearts out! The kitchen was fully equipped to cook and I especially liked that the knives were sharp!!!! I like to cook, and can't stand when the knives are dull. Shopping and grocery stores are all nearby. The only negetive comment is that the house is near some sort of plant, so after it rained or on a dewy morning, it stunk like sulphur. We defiantly enjoyed our stay ☺️

Nice home, plenty of space and well decorated. Great for entertaining and visiting guests. Felt like we were at home with all of the amenities that we needed. We plan to return and spend an additional month next year.

We enjoyed the location of Cape Coral because it was not as congested as Fort Meyers, Bonita Springs and Naples, but close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. It is an easy drive to those locations if you want to travel there.
