This magnificent villa with spectacular views is located approximately 9 km north of the city of Ibiza, in a quiet residential area. The villa of 200m2 is built on a plot of 3000m2 plot and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with typical Mediterranean plants.
The villa has a spacious living room with fireplace, cozy sofa, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher) with dining area.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as follows:
- Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- The third and fourth bedrooms have 2-2 single beds.
- The third bathroom is with a bathtub.
A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the farm.
From the living room there is direct access to a covered terrace with dining area and chillout is an ideal place to enjoy delicious meals, barbecue or some tapas with a refreshing cocktail watching the magical sunset of Ibiza.
Outside you can enjoy a private garden, very well maintained with sun and shade areas, a large swimming pool (4,10m x 6m) surrounded by sunbeds and parasols, and a jacuzzi. For your convenience there is a poolside shower.
It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the warm summer place: in the shade of the porch, cooling off in the pool and take the sun on comfortable loungers around the pool.
The villa is well located, with easy access to the main road.

A Perfect Birthday Holiday
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Maria was very helpful and welcoming and the property was beautiful. It was very quiet and serene and the perfect place to relax. Yet, in the evenings, Maria had a VIP taxi number to ferry 6 (or more if needed) of us into Ibiza town, or to the clubs. It was about 5ish mins to Amnesia and Priviledge and about 15 to Ibiza Town, but it felt like nothing. (NB make sure you have budgeted for the VIP taxi - it is an expensive flat rate of £60, but really worth it as the island taxis struggle to find the villa to pick you up, although on the way back it is very easy to direct them home)
The garden gets a lot of a sun, and there's always a spot to catch the rays right up until sunset. The pool stays in the sun 'til late afternoon. The two huge outdoor shaded beds suited as when we wanted a quiet read/snooze.
There are two great outdoor seating areas and there is an outdoor fridge by the pool, which is perfect for drinks. We LOVED the jacuzzi and can't imagine the holiday without it. We didn't really use it in the day as we were hot enough, but it was so great to come back from a restaurant and jump in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles.
The beds were comfortable, and the place felt spacious and inviting. It was spotlessly clean. The bathrooms had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (and we were a group of keen cooks)
This property suits holiday makers with a car, it's off the motorway (not that you are aware of that whilst you're at the villa at all). We were able to pop to the supermarket really easily, and the shop itself had everything we could need.
I would 100% recommend this villa. It was really special, and the perfect place to celebrate my 30th Birthday.
Great villa for an extended family or group of 9 max.
The property is very well maintained and very well equipped. Unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work and was only repaired one day before our departure. That was a real pity especially as in May the pool water is still cold and it is nice in a jacuzzi to warm up. The owner was not willing to financially compensate us for this inconvenience other than a check out time later than originally agreed upon. The kitchen is very well equipped and one of the bathrooms was recently renovated. The veranda is a nice place to relax with the family.
The villa is a residence with excellent location and easy access to the main road, close (10 minutes) to the most beautiful beaches of the island, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and nightlife.
